Take a moment to get your bearings.
Bring yourself into your physical body and adjust as you need to.
Move and wiggle your body so when it settles it comes into symmetry.
Have the sense that your sit bones are even,
The legs are even,
The ribcages are even,
The shoulders are even.
Feel an evenness between the ears and the head and the eyes.
Everything even.
Everything symmetrical.
Bring a length into the spine.
Feel the elegance and power of the spine and the head.
Now move your awareness into the natural characteristics and flow of your breath.
Just listen to your breath.
Your breath is reflecting the state of your nervous system right now.
Your breath is reflecting the state of your being.
Listen to it.
Feel it.
And now our practice of Kapalbhati breath will begin.
Taking a big breath,
Filling up your body from the bottom all the way up to the top.
Don't close your throat and hold the breath.
This allows the air to go to the top of the lungs.
And now release the breath in a long steady stream from the nose.
Take a half breath in and pump.
Release the breath.
Take a big yogic breath in,
Filling from the pubic bone all the way up to your collarbone.
Hold the breath.
Keep the throat open and release.
Allow all the air to leave your body in a long steady stream.
Take a natural breath in and out.
Take a half breath in and pump.
Exhale.
Take a big yogic breath in,
Filling from the base all the way up to the neck.
Keep the throat open and hold.
And release in a long stream of air through the nose.
Allow all of the air to empty and even draw the abdomen in if you need to push the last bit of the out breath out.
Take a natural cleansing breath in and out.
Take a half breath in and pump.
Exhale.
Take a lovely big yogic breath in,
Filling from the base all the way up to the collarbone.
Keep the throat open.
Hold.
And release the air,
All of the air from your body.
Allow your natural breathing rhythm to re-establish and just be in the beautiful shift of the light skull breath.
Notice how your airways have opened.
Notice the depth of your breath now.
Now peer into the vast space behind closed eyes.
Your field of awareness.
Sense how immense it is.
You are entering consciously the fabric of pure consciousness.
The fabric of creation.
And with the power of your inner heart,
With command,
Invoke into your field of awareness a psychic impression of Indra's net.
There's no need to reach or grab.
Allow it to emerge into your field of awareness like ink through blotting paper.
Keep your breath long and rhythmic.
Sense into the existence of it all.
Sense the entire collective grid of all sentient beings.

You can take more deliberate breaths now.
Bring more oxygen into your body waking yourself up.
You can rub the hands together and generate warmth with the palms of your hands.
And hold warm hands over closed eyes and feel how soothing and beautiful and human that feels.
Behind the hands blink open the eyes and you can bring your hands down.
