I Am Contemplation

This adaptation of Vedic Meditation explores the spiritual truth that we are unique refractions of consciousness and as such, as we exist within the universe, so to, the universe exists within us. It leans the meditator's awareness into an expanded frame of self. Our bones are made of the same minerals of the Earth, we breathe the atmosphere, we are made of the same ratio of water that covers the planet, we are transmuted sunshine through our foods and mitochondria. We exist through thought and emotion, patterned energy, just as real as our physical substance. We are the ocean within a drop (Rumi). Music composition and chanting by Sam Joole.
