I am contemplation meditation.
Take a moment to settle your body into Shavasana.
Wiggle your body so you find some symmetry between the placements of the legs,
The hip bones,
Shoulder blades and your arms.
Move until you feel an alignment established from the tailbone through the spinal column to the back of the head.
Feet flopping naturally to the sides and your arms a little way out from the body,
Palms facing up.
Use the next few minutes to breathe deeply,
Consciously and shift your awareness into a beautiful,
Receptive,
Calm state.
I am spirit.
I am body.
I am formless.
I am space.
I am the Sun.
I am the directions.
Above and below.
I am all beings.
I am darkness.
I am the earth.
I am the ocean.
I am the moon.
I am the sun's radiance reflected as moonbeams.
I am the dust,
The wind,
The fire in all of this world.
I am omnipresent,
Yet I am here.
How can there be anything but me?
Me,
Spirit.
I rise beyond joy and sorrow.
The world exists in me,
The infinite consciousness.
Just as a reflection exists in the mirror.
I am the fragrance in flowers.
I am their roots.
I am valley.
I am mountain.
I am rain.
I am cloud.
I am sky.
I am the light in radiance.
I am the supreme truth.
I am consciousness,
Free from concept.
I am everything and I am nothing.
I am immense.
I am microscopic.
I am the fabric of all that exists.
I am established in being.
My mind,
Body and senses are my playthings.
I am the all,
And the all is in me.
I am lustrous.
I am lustrous.
I am one-pointed.
I am bliss.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
I am one-pointed.
