Core Field Meditation.
Adjust your posture ready for this beautiful experience.
Make sure that your base is nice and supported.
If you haven't got a backrest behind you,
You want to make sure that you've got something under your tailbone that gently tilts your pelvis forward so you can maintain a lovely long posture and not strain your back.
You want to be nice and upright because this is an energy practice so the more we breathe and the more we move energy in and up and down our central passageway and that raises the pranic energy in the body which is good for the practice.
In adjusting your posture make sure that you've got a lovely centered base.
Feel where the distribution of weight in the base is along the legs and if you need to move your body beneath the waist and adjust to get an even distribution and as much symmetry as you can in the base.
This is so important to do as it grounds the practice and it grounds the movement of energy as well.
Now raise the spine in a lovely long elegant posture nothing stiff but a natural length to the spine,
Shoulders down and back,
Neck long and crown tall and take three lovely deep deliberate breaths through the nose.
So using now long lovely deliberate breaths to clear the imprints of the day.
Every time you exhale you're drawing yourself into arrival.
We're about to enter a gorgeous meditation of our core field exploring the energy and dynamics of self-realization.
Put all of your awareness now on the inside tip of your nose,
The inside tip of your nose and feel the nature of the inhalation as you breathe in and the air swirls at the entrance of the nostrils before tracking up the nasal passages.
As you breathe out feel the motion of the out breath in the inside tip of the nose.
Keep your awareness there breathing naturally long nourishing beautiful breaths and simply and gently fix your awareness at the sensation of the inside tip of your nose.
Now follow the next inhalation up to the eyebrow center and if you want to behind closed eyes you can gently turn the eyes and look at the eyebrow center from the inside.
And continue with long rhythmic natural breathing but keeping your awareness pegged at the inside eyebrow center not too high up the forehead just at the top of the bridge of your nose.
And now we're going to rotate between these two centers of the breath.
So when you breathe out follow the breath down the bridge of the nose to the inside tip.
And now as you breathe in follow the bridge of the nose up to the inside eyebrow center.
You can gently move the eyes physically behind the eyelids.
As you do this breathing in up the bridge of the nose to the eyebrow center breathing out down the nasal passages and bridge of the nose to the inside tip of the nose and continuing this way for the next six breaths.
Now release your focus on the movement of the breath up and down the bridge of the nose and simply breathe naturally but notice the shift that this very simple Nadi practice has created to clear the space mentally a gentle sleep into presence.
I want you now to extend your awareness out into the horizontal field that runs from the left of your body.
Simply allow the field of your past to make itself known to you.
Every single energetic imprint that has ever been generated by you or emanated from you exists now in this field of your past.
Every word,
Sound,
Thought,
Feeling,
Every choice and action,
Every step,
Every eye contact made,
All the way back to your very first heartbeat on the 22nd day of your life in your mother's womb.
Feel the presence of this field on the left side of you.
Feel how far it extends into the world.
Now from that field of your past bring yourself into the present issuing from the front of you,
From the back of you,
Above you and below you are the ripples and energetic imprints and emanations of you right here,
Right now.
Sense how far you really extend in this now.
Now shift your awareness to the immense field to your right,
The field of your future,
Pure potential.
There are patterns sewn from your past and others from your present that extend into your potential future,
Threads rippling.
Extend your awareness as far as you can perceive the future field of yourself.
Notice the difference in the feeling of the past field on the left that is done,
That is woven and the field on the right that is yet to manifest all of you.
Notice the difference between the two,
How they feel.
And now our intention is to collapse our awareness into the center,
The nucleus of this field of you.
Repeat after me,
It is my intention to collapse into the nucleus of the field of me.
Moving our awareness back in all directions to center in 10,
9,
8,
7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
And now repeat after me,
It is my intention to descend within my core field.
Descending now in 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
And here you are in this beautiful,
Subtle,
Etheric field.
And one more time,
Repeat it is now my intention to flood my core field with my life force in the aspect of self-realization.
Using your breath and visualization and a felt sense,
Spend the next few minutes charging your core field in the aspect of self-realization.
And now repeat.
And now repeat.
And returning now into the here and now,
Your environment,
Your home,
This time,
This day.
Rising up from your core fields now in 1,
2,
3,
4,
5.
Just take a moment to notice how you feel.
Notice the quality of your breath,
The sensation of subtle life force in your body.
When you're ready,
You can start to bring a little bit of movement to the body,
Little micro adjustments,
Bringing your awareness back into the inside of your skin now,
To your form and structure.
If you want to,
You could rub your hands together and then put warm hands over the eyes.
Ease the light back into the eyes.
