This is a powerful visualization for tuning inward and practicing self-healing. When we believe we can heal and that we have the power to enhance our own healing through mindful intention, we create for ourselves greater resilience, a stronger immune system, and overall better mental, physical and emotional health outcomes.

Welcome.

This meditation is focused on self-healing.

It is a powerful spiritual practice,

But there is also evidence to support that when we believe we can heal,

We experience better health outcomes.

When we reduce stress in our bodies,

Our immune system functions better.

There is evidence of neuroplasticity as our brains seek out ways to support immune function.

We are more likely to take care of ourselves,

Be it through diet or exercise or other interventions to get better.

And for those who believe in manifesting and a source out there looking out for us,

It is a collaboration in the universe while also feeling empowered to be a part of our own deep healing work.

So at this time,

I invite you to get comfortable.

You might choose to lie down and rest your arms at your side or on your belly,

Or if We begin by finding a nice,

Easy rhythm to our breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

With each exhale,

Relaxing a little deeper.

Imagine there is a cocoon around you and you are inside where it is safe and warm.

It is almost as if it is molded to you and you are completely comfortable and at ease.

Any stresses of the world cannot reach you in this safe place.

Take a moment to call in your supporters,

Whatever you believe about the universe.

Whether it is Gods,

Goddesses,

Ancestors,

Spirit Guides.

And if you don't believe in such things,

Imagining the people you love as if they were around you in this moment,

Sending loving energy your way.

Take a moment to consider the vastness of the universe.

Notice how the planets and stars revolve and are aligned in the best possible way.

Now,

Imagine that universe is within you.

And as we begin to turn inward,

Consider that you are the God or the Guardian of this internal universe.

Just like in the everyday universe,

Sometimes unexpected things occur.

And on the inside in our bodies,

Sometimes our bodies seem like they are not cooperating.

So this is a time where we begin to set an intention for allowing our bodies to realign and rebalance.

So as you tune inward,

Imagine you have almost like a flashlight and gently scan your body from head to toe,

Noticing if there are any areas of dis-ease.

It might show up as some pain.

It might show up as an emotional disturbance.

Or perhaps in your mind's eye you can visually see where there is impairment.

I'll be quiet for a moment as you gently scan head to toe.

Tuning in,

Just checking in to see what areas you might focus on.

Now,

As you breathe in and out,

I'd like you to choose one area in which you'd like to focus.

It could be that you've received a diagnosis and there is already illness in an area,

Something you're aware of.

Or perhaps just an area that you know that you need to work on.

And I want you to imagine that you're inhaling life-giving oxygen and sending it to that space.

And as you exhale,

Releasing any toxins or things that do not serve.

If it's helpful,

You might try taking a few breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Releasing anything that does not serve.

Inhaling well-being into that space and exhaling,

Releasing anything that needs to go away,

That is unhealthy.

At this time,

Imagine almost like there's a sun shower overhead and there's a gentle rain rinsing through your body,

Paying special attention to the area in which you are working on healing.

Allow the water to rinse away any leftover residue.

And now imagine the sun has come out and it's shining through that space,

Creating warmth and generating healing.

And with your mind's eye,

Start to notice things get smaller,

So that you are now aware of the tiniest cells that are floating through that space.

Watch as they go into repair and become replenished.

And now seeing yourself as whole and perfect,

Breathing in well-being,

Allowing it to fill that space,

To fill your whole body,

Feeling the confidence that you are becoming whole and perfect.

And imagine you're sending love to that area,

Almost as you would a small child or someone in need.

Instead of chastising our body for what it cannot do,

We're showing it love and compassion.

Now take a moment to zoom out to your body as a whole.

And in this moment,

Breathing in well-being and breathing out feeling a deep sense of relaxation.

And knowing that you,

As the God of this universe that is your body,

Can create positive change within,

Just by believing.

Now go ahead and relax your mind,

Relax your thoughts.

And if you need a little more care,

Returning to this meditation to focus either on the same area or someplace different that needs attention.

And sending out gratitude to your supporters for joining you in this healing process.
