Under the full moon, everything comes into the light—what you’ve been holding, what you’ve been avoiding, and what you’re finally ready to release. This meditation supports you in setting down the weight: old patterns, unrealistic expectations, and attachments that keep you heavy. With gentle reflection and affirmations, you’ll reconnect to your center and create space for closure, clarity, and new energy. Come as you are—leave with empty hands, a steady heart, and room to receive what’s next.

The full moon is here,

And most of us,

If we're tuned in a bit,

Can feel it.

This is a powerful time to release,

To let go of thoughts,

Patterns,

Attachments,

And expectations that are no longer serving you,

No longer supporting your peace.

So I encourage you to do a quick inventory.

What am I carrying that isn't mine?

What am I pretending doesn't bother me?

What do I need more of to feel peace?

The full moon has a way of revealing what's been building,

Emotion,

Fatigue,

Resentment,

Desire,

And it also holds the energy of closure,

Clarity,

And completion.

So right now,

We're going to take the time to release,

To meet the energy of the full moon with intention.

Find a comfortable seat,

Relax your jaw,

Drop your shoulders,

And come back to your breath.

Now,

I want you to take a deep breath in.

Inhale the goodness of today,

Whatever goodness you can name,

And exhale,

Releasing anything that must go.

Inhale,

Hold at the top,

Exhale.

Inhale again,

Hold at the top,

Exhale.

Let it all go.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Letting your body soften.

The full moon is asking a gentle question.

What is ready to be seen so it can be released?

Without forcing an answer,

Let something rise,

A feeling,

A pattern,

A fear,

A habit,

A thought you've been carrying.

Just notice it and tell the truth,

You already know what it is.

Now repeat after me.

I release what I can't control.

I release what isn't mine to carry.

I release what steals my peace.

If you're anything like me,

You need to release the need to be perfect,

To have it all together.

I've been working on releasing myself from expectations that weren't even realistic to begin with.

And if you know there's something that needs to be released,

A connection that has run its course,

A friendship you've outgrown,

An attachment to an outcome,

The need to control,

Begin now.

I'm right there with you.

Repeat after me.

Everything is working out for my greatest good.

I'm grateful for what has come.

I'm grateful for what has to go.

I have everything I need.

Go back to your breath.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale.

Feel the release.

Releasing makes you lighter,

And the lighter you are,

The more freely you can rise.

It is your intention to ascend for all of us,

So it's our job to stay light.

Only you know the answer of what's actually weighing you down.

Now I want you to picture the thing that you're ready to release,

The thing that you've been holding so tightly for too long.

See it in your hands,

And for a moment,

I want you to honor it.

Thank you for what you taught me.

Thank you for how you protected me.

Thank you for how you served your purpose.

Now imagine bending down and placing it gently on the ground.

Wish it well,

And stand back up.

Stand tall,

Stand confident,

And walk away.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale,

Release.

Feel the lightness in your body now that you've released that thing.

Don't look back.

It served its purpose.

It must be let go.

Now I want you to imagine being back in that moment.

You've left what needs to be left.

You return the other way,

And you look down at your hands.

They're empty.

They're open,

And they're ready.

Are you ready to receive what's next?
