We will get to a place where we're safe, where we can drop ourselves, where we're completely ourselves without having to be anything specific. It´s a sacret place. Here we can remember. Here we are vulnerable and strong. Our connection to our own divinity. The meditation is supported with energy work. Welcome to this guided meditation.
In this meditation we will look at coming home.
So to start with,
Find a seat or lie down so you are as comfortable as possible.
And then simply arrive.
Arriving in your body here after a stressful day or maybe it's early in the day for you.
Maybe you are rather relaxed.
Just arriving here in the present and feel into what does it feel like.
Relaxed,
Stressed,
Just observing.
Any emotions,
Any thoughts.
How about your environment?
Is it quiet around you or is it rather busy?
Are there a lot of people or are you by yourself?
And then just be here for a moment.
What surface are you sitting on?
What surface are you lying on?
Is it soft?
Is it hard?
And then I invite you to focus on your breath.
And again just observing what does your breath feel like today.
Is it heavy?
Is it rather easy?
Fast,
Slow,
Deep or rather flat?
Are you breathing into a certain part of your body?
Chest,
Belly?
You are holding your breath.
And again you don't have to change anything,
Just observe.
And then see if you can drop a little bit of tension with each exhale.
Physical tension from your body.
Now from your legs.
On the next exhale dropping tension from your legs.
Like a layer that can drop.
And then dropping tension from your feet.
And your arms.
Your hands.
With the next exhale dropping tension from your back.
Just letting it peel off like a skin.
A layer,
A layer that you don't need anymore.
Shoulders,
Shoulders and neck.
Dropping tension from your shoulders,
From your neck.
Chest,
Your belly.
Your face.
So many muscles.
Little muscles in the face that we don't notice,
That we don't pay attention to.
Peeling off a second layer.
Can you drop tension from your brain?
What does that feel like?
Each time we're peeling off another layer,
We're sinking deeper into the body.
Dropping deeper in.
It's like a gentle,
Comfortable heaviness letting us drop.
Dropping deeper.
And deeper.
Gentle heaviness.
And then focus on your feet.
And if you're lying down,
You can still work with the feet,
Visualize from the feet or if you prefer the lowest surface that you're lying on.
I'm gonna go with the feet right now,
But you can choose to use another part of your body that is the lowest.
Focusing on the feet.
You can almost feel like the energy dropping lower and lower down into your feet.
And then through your feet,
There's an energy that's going below your feet.
Maybe a little tingling the soles of your feet,
Growing down below your feet,
Down to the floor.
And then through the floor,
Below the floor,
Lower and lower surface of the earth.
That energy is dropping lower into the earth,
Entering the surface of the earth into the earth.
Lower.
Growing down like a tree.
Like roots,
Roots growing down,
Anchoring you,
Grounding you,
Connecting deeply into the earth.
And you can feel there's a strength,
There is a security connecting in there.
And that deep energy of the earth,
That strength,
That safety starting to rise up through those energetic roots.
All the way up through that connection.
Higher up through the surface of the earth,
All the way up back to your body,
To your feet,
Coming up into your feet,
Into your legs,
Filling your whole body with strength,
With energy,
Safety,
Nurturing.
So we're deeply connected with the earth,
Deeply rooted.
No matter what we do afterwards,
We're deeply connected here,
Right now,
Present with the earth.
And then from there,
Feel how this earth energy coming all the way through your body is coming up as well into your heart,
Into your heart chakra.
The center of your chest above the breast area.
This is a chakra that connects us deeply to ourselves,
Helps us find a connection to others as well.
Connecting in love with ourselves,
With others.
The color of the chakra,
Mostly we see it in the color green,
Sometimes pink.
Some people might see different colors.
Look at this energy center,
That's what the chakra is,
An energy center,
Look at it and feel into it.
What does that feel like today?
And sometimes it's hard to feel anything if we are sad or angry,
There's a very strong emotion that might be closing the center,
Might be hard to connect there,
Might feel almost numb.
So just intend to go there,
If this is a bit harder.
Sometimes we can see what it looks like,
Sometimes we can feel it.
And then I invite you to go deeper in there.
There's a light in there and I'm not talking about the green or the pink of the chakra,
I'm talking about a light that is very different,
A bright white light.
See if you can find that in there,
Might be very small,
Somewhere deep in there.
It's a place that is very safe,
It's a place that connects us deeply within ourselves,
With us,
With our personal truth,
Our soul,
Home.
And then deeply in there.
And if you can find this white light,
You can go right into it.
It's friendly,
It's comfortable,
It's holding you.
And then visualize around you while you're in there,
Visualize a bubble,
Like a bubble of light,
Bright light around you while you're in there.
So you're very protected here.
The heart is a place of transformation.
The heart is a very powerful place of transformation.
We can shift a lot here,
But we can also time travel in the heart,
Almost like a portal to a different place,
To a different time.
Going deeper in your heart,
You're surrounded inside of this bubble,
This light around you.
And while you're there,
You're safe,
You're comfortable.
We're going to go back in time,
In this bubble,
We're going to go back all the way up to the point where you were in your mother's womb.
Not born yet,
And you were comfortably floating in your mother's womb,
Surrounded in this bubble of light.
And if there was a lot of trauma back then,
Just visualize right now the safety in this bubble and feel the part that made it feel safe back then.
The comfort in the womb,
The moment when it was comfortable,
Just focus on that part of it.
And if you can't find any part that was comfortable,
Imagine that there was one moment,
At least where it was comfortable,
And feel yourself held in this bubble of light,
In your mother's womb,
Protected,
Safe.
Matured,
Carried,
Taken care of.
Feel it the way you always wanted to feel like in your mother's womb.
Beautiful place,
A sanctuary,
Nothing and nobody could harm you.
In your bubble,
Bubble of light.
And then,
From here,
We're going to go even further back in time in our bubble.
We're going to travel further back,
Safely wrapped in our bubble of light,
Further back in time,
Further back,
All the way back until there's not really much there to see.
So far back that we can't really see anything,
There's a lot of light around us,
That's really all we can see.
We're feeling very comfortable in this place here.
A lot of comfort.
We're kind of floating in this nothingness of bright light.
And we notice that we don't really need our bubble anymore,
We're just really merging with this place,
This space,
This light around us.
It's a safe place,
It's a place that's very familiar,
It's the place that's home.
And we remember,
We know this place very far back,
We've been here.
Mother,
Father,
God,
Womb.
Floating in this endless space being held,
Being supported.
Very comfortable.
See what that feels like here for you.
What's the temperature?
Is there a temperature?
Is there any sound?
There's a lot of light,
Can you see anything else?
It feels like,
Is there consciousness there?
There is consciousness.
Soul,
Soul essence,
But somehow it's different.
There's more space,
It's less confined.
We're very supported here.
This light,
This space is holding us,
Is supporting us.
We're part of it and it's part of us.
We're just starting to develop our soul essence,
Our consciousness.
The feeling for who we are,
What we are.
What does it feel like?
What does it sound like?
What does it look like?
Pure soul energy.
No limitations.
Everything,
Everything is possible.
That deep connection to home.
We remember.
If we don't consciously remember,
Our subconscious does.
Every cell of us remembers.
Imprinting that energy.
And then very slowly finding our bubble again around us,
Our light bubble.
Slowly traveling back in this bubble.
Coming back to the time when we were in the womb.
Safely in our bubble,
Coming further in our bubble,
All the way back here into our heart.
Arriving with our bubble back in our heart.
Remembering the feeling.
The soul essence,
Home.
Expansion.
Feeling into the heart and this energy,
This light bubble is radiating,
Radiating out from the heart.
Expanding all into the rest,
The rest of our body,
The rest of our being.
Radiating,
Shining.
Radiating beyond our physical body.
Expanding.
We're here,
We're present,
We're here in this body.
Yet,
We are the soul,
Soul essence.
We are home.
Every part of us.
We're radiating home outward.
Arriving back in the body.
Connecting down into the earth,
Grounding,
Grounding that soul essence,
That home energy into the earth,
Grounding here in the presence.
Feeling that earth connection,
Those roots deep into the earth,
Feeling the energy from the earth coming all the way up into our body.
Coming back into our feet,
Our legs,
Our arms,
Hands.
Slowly arriving back here.
Just feel into your body,
What does it feel like now being back.
Just stay as long as you like.
