Transcript

Take this time to find a comfortable seated position.

Open up to calmness,

Stillness,

And steadiness in your breath.

Taking a cleansing breath,

Inhale fully and deeply,

And hold the inhaled breath for a moment.

Now exhale,

Let that breath go.

Keep exhaling,

Keep exhaling.

And return to a normal,

Restful,

Comfortable breathing.

As you inhale,

Imagine a golden liquid coming up through the center of your body from the navel to the throat.

As you exhale,

A warm blue light moving down from the throat back to the navel.

Inhaling,

Golden liquid moving up from the belly through the throat.

Exhaling,

Warm blue light moving down from the throat to the navel.

Continue this process for a few moments.

Good,

Continuing this imagery.

As you inhale,

Bringing that golden liquid all the way up past the throat to the center of the eyebrows.

And as you exhale,

Warm blue light continuing down past the navel into the base of your pelvis.

So a longer trajectory here,

Inhaling golden light from the base of your pelvis all the way through past the navel,

Past the throat to the center of your eyebrows.

As you exhale,

Warm blue light returning down past the throat,

Past the navel,

Filling the base of your pelvis.

Continuing that process.

Very good.

Continuing now until you end on an exhale breath,

This imagery.

And when you do,

Bring your attention to rest gently on the eyebrow center.

Just comfortable,

Breathing,

Body still and calm.

And when you're ready,

You can allow your eyes to open.

This concludes brief guided imagery.

Thank you for spending some time with me rejuvenating yourself.
