This short practice is effective for overcoming anxiety, anger, or fear with immediate results. We begin by relaxing the body and then we combine breathwork with a repetition of three phrases: I inhale clean light air; I hold on to what is good for me; and I exhale all which no longer serves me. Use this practice when you are in a moment of panic to help you relax and recover, or use it as an intro to your own formal meditation practice, to help you get focused and connect with your breath.
