Hello,

Welcome,

I'm Dana-Michelle Gillespie and we're here to gently drop into a little present-time breathwork,

Utilizing breath to help us relax and get centered a bit more.

This is the extended version.

We will be breathing in through our nose,

Filling up our lungs and diaphragm,

And gently releasing out our mouth.

While we're here,

Let's invite in the qualities of luxuriousness.

Let's get started.

Bringing now our awareness to our nostrils as we inhale in through our nose,

Deeply filling up our lungs and bellies,

And gently releasing out our mouth.

Again in through our nose,

Just receiving that oxygen,

Filling up our lungs,

Diaphragm,

And then gently releasing on exhale.

In through our nose,

Filling up our lungs and bellies,

And then gently releasing out our mouth.

In through our nose,

Like we're smelling our favorite scent,

Taking it all in,

And then gently exhale.

And again,

Breathing in that scent through your nose,

Filling up your belly,

And then exhaling all out.

In through your nose,

Deeply inhaling,

And gently releasing out your mouth.

On this next inhale,

I want to invite you to notice the qualities of the air as it passes through your nose,

Continuing the breath.

Is the air warm?

Is it silky?

Is it luxurious?

What textures and sensations do you notice as your nose receives this life-giving oxygen?

Keeping the breath in through the nose,

Receiving that,

Filling you up like a gift,

And then exhale out your mouth.

Again in through your nose,

Filling up with that life-giving oxygen,

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose,

Leaning into that silky smooth air,

Inviting your body to receive it fully,

Gently out our mouth.

Again through your nose,

Really inviting in that air,

Gently out your mouth.

Again in through your nose,

Filling up your whole body with this oxygen on the inhale,

And then gently releasing on your exhale.

Again in through your nose,

Letting that air flow everywhere through your body to space around you using your imagination,

And gently exhale.

Perhaps your jaw has been releasing,

Just let everything go that feels natural.

In through your nose,

Filling up,

And then exhaling it all the way.

Just let everything go.

Again in through your nose,

Filling up with this beautiful air,

And then gently releasing.

In through your nose,

Inviting in whatever qualities you want to experience,

Exhaling out your mouth.

Again in through your nose,

Allowing that breath to really nurture your lungs,

Your diaphragm,

And out your mouth.

In through your nose,

Really bringing that oxygen fully into your body and letting it expand where it wants to go.

Releasing out.

And on this inhale,

Bring in the quality you want to experience,

Maybe joy,

Maybe abundance,

Maybe peace,

Wholeness,

I am.

Just let that flow all the way through your whole being.

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth.

Let's notice now,

How has your awareness shifted?

Do you perhaps feel more calm,

More centered,

More relaxed,

Be more vibrant,

More luxurious in the moment?

From when we began to now,

What has shifted for you?

You can continue from here to breathe in this pattern.

And please return here again and again to this recording anytime you like.

It's recommended to do as often as you feel so.

Have a wonderful day.

Thank you.
