This meditation is designed to help you connect and soothe your nervous system.

Find a peaceful,

Uninterrupted space for your practice.

Create a comfortable nest for yourself using pillows,

Blankets,

Either laying down or sitting.

Whatever feels most pleasant to you.

Once settled,

Begin with a few deep breaths as you bring your awareness to your breath's natural rhythm and listen closely to your breathing.

Can you hear it?

As you take another deep breath,

Allow it to naturally rise and fall,

Expanding your ribcage and relaxing your diaphragm.

And once you feel relaxed and centered,

Shift your awareness to the inside of your head.

Listen for a high-pitched sound.

This is the sound of your nervous system.

If you're under stress,

It may resemble a ringing in your ears.

Often it's a subtle background hum.

And now,

Without an effort,

Let your mind remain calm as you explore and uncover the sound of your nervous system.

It's like tuning into your inner frequency.

The sound carries a wealth of information.

Pay attention now to its characteristics.

Is it loud or soft?

Steady or fluctuating?

Fast or slow?

Does it seem to have a color or evoke any emotions?

Observe.

Just observe now without any judgment.

Does the sound of your nervous system appear to convey a message?

Are there memories,

Stories,

Or visions associated with it?

And take a few breaths to truly connect with those memories,

Stories,

Or visions while naturally and easily breathing through.

If you notice more than one sound,

Examine the relationship between the two of them or three.

Are they harmonious or disconnect?

Listen to each separately and then consider how they interact.

And as you become more attuned to your nervous system,

The sound of your nervous system,

It serves as baseline for your self-understanding.

You can use this before you fall asleep or during moments of reflection.

Remember now,

There is no need to change this sound.

Simply observe it and its quality in the context of your meditation.

Listening to your sound of your nervous system can help you relax and lead to a self-awareness and open gateways to various states of your consciousness.

Does your nervous system sound has any colors?

What kind of energy does it feel to have?

Listening to your nervous system sound can offer you healing and serenity on your life journey,

Helping you navigate through all levels of consciousness with tranquility and self-awareness.

Notice,

Notice how it feels and give gratitude to your nervous system as you sending love to your whole being.

Take few more breaths here with this energy and feeling.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back,

Back to your self.

Bring your awareness to your nervous system and the connection that you have As your whole body remains calm,

You now have explored this connection within you and your nervous system.

It's tuned in the frequency of your inner self.

Did your nervous system,

The sound of your nervous system communicated something with you?

Take that and breathe,

You breathe.

And as you're ready to come back to your body and to the awareness of where you are right now,

Open your eyes gently and know that this relaxation,

This connection is within you and you will follow this sound when you need it.

Take another deep breath in and introduce some movement to your body,

Your fingers,

Your toes.

Stretch,

Yawn,

Whatever your body needs to be back to the present.

You breathe.

Namaste.
