Welcome,
Daily humans.
This meditation is a sensory meditation.
It's all about all your senses and how we connect with.
So,
Find a comfortable place and create your nest.
You can move around,
You can have pillows.
Just create a nest that supports you.
And as you take a deep breath,
For a while,
Keep your eyes open.
And notice.
Notice the room,
The light,
The colors.
Notice how your body feels,
Sitting or laying down.
Just notice.
Take all what you see in as you bring your awareness and your attention here,
Now.
And now I would like to invite you to close your eyes.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness more internally.
And notice.
Notice what your eyes see.
Colors,
Maybe nothing.
Spots or just blank space.
That space is between your mind and yourself.
Your mind,
Yourself and your spirit.
It's your healing space.
And as you have your eyes closed now,
Bring your attention to your ears.
Bring your attention to your ears,
How they feel.
And listen.
Listen what is around you.
Notice any sound.
The sound of my voice,
The words that I use.
The sounds of the room around you.
The sounds from outside the room.
And let the sounds come to you.
You don't need to do anything about it.
Just let the sounds come in.
Just listen.
What does it sound like?
Is it a sound that is more pronounced?
Or there are multiple sounds?
Embrace it.
Take it in.
Just as it is.
Just notice.
And now,
Bring your awareness in your mouth.
Notice your mouth,
Your lips.
Notice your lips,
How do they feel.
Just notice.
Just notice.
As you bring your awareness on your tongue,
Press your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
And as you press,
Breathe and relax.
Let go.
Notice.
Notice if you get any taste.
Or you may bring a memory at a time in your life that you taste something so delicious.
So delicious that you can never forget that taste.
Just notice and bring it in.
Allow that taste to fill your mouth.
And now bring your awareness on your nose.
You can wiggle your nose or you can take a very long deep breath.
And now,
Notice how your breath comes in from your nose.
And notice as the air comes out of your nose.
How does it feel?
What are the sensations you get?
What are some smells that you experience in it?
Just notice.
A smell may be more strong than others.
Just let it in.
Embrace it.
And now,
Bring your memory at a time in your life that you smell the most delicious smell.
The most delightful smell.
A flower.
The air after rain.
The ocean.
Baby's smell.
Or the smell of a loved one.
Just notice.
Notice.
Embrace it.
Take it in.
Hold it.
What emotion that smells evokes?
As you move your awareness now,
And your hands,
Your palms,
Your fingers,
Your fingertips,
Notice how do they feel.
And now touch with your thumb each of your fingertips.
And do that move as many times as you feel.
Notice the softness,
The roughness,
Whatever your fingertips feel.
And as you're sensing your fingertips,
Bring in your memory.
A memory at a time in your life that you touched.
You touched something that felt so soft.
So soft.
Or a touch that gives you a sense of care.
Love.
Perhaps the face of a loved one.
Or the velvet dress of your grandmother's.
Or the fur that a loved one may wear and you remember touching it.
How does it feel?
What do you notice?
Embrace it.
As you feel all your senses dancing from sense to sense.
From your smell to the taste to the hearing to the touch.
Notice how alive your senses feel.
And how relaxed at the same time.
A sense of comfort,
Love,
Care.
And as you take a few more breaths on this space,
And with the next breath,
Start bringing the awareness back to the room,
Back to your whole body.
And you breathe,
Reopening your eyes,
And taking in all that you experience.
And I wish you love and joy.
