The quality of your breath is as shallow,

As rapid,

As choppy,

As smooth.

Just notice.

You don't have to do anything else other than noticing the quality of your breath right now.

In a breath,

Out a breath.

Continue to breathe slowly and peacefully as you allow the tension to start leaving every part of your body.

Breathe and feeling your body becoming looser,

Lighter.

Notice the areas that your body holds tension.

Notice where the tension is and guide your breath right to that place where the tension is.

By relaxing your muscles and becoming more comfortable with each breath.

Just let your breath be as natural as it comes right now.

As you letting the rate of your breathing becoming gradually slower as your body relaxes.

And with each breath,

Start creating now.

Creating a picture in your mind of a place.

Again,

It can be a place that you have been or a place you want to imagine.

Where you can completely relax.

Notice what this place needs to be like in order for you to feel calm and relax.

Bring that into your imagination.

And let's start with the physical layout of the place you are imagining.

Where is this place?

Where is this peaceful,

Safe place for you?

You may envision somewhere outside or inside.

It may be a small place or a large one.

Create an image of this place,

Your place.

And now picture some more details about your peaceful,

Safe,

Happy place.

Who is in your place?

Is anybody there?

Are you alone?

Or perhaps you are with someone else.

Are there other people present?

Any animals?

Your spirit animal,

Your favorite animal growing up.

Imagine who is in your place.

Do you have company?

Just bring that awareness into your imagination to have as many details of this place as possible.

Any details about your surroundings.

And be aware now on the relaxing sounds around you in your peaceful,

Safe place.

Are there birds singing?

Is it the sound of the wind?

Or a music,

Your favorite music?

Are there any smells,

Any taste in your place that you are in?

And notice,

Notice what that looks like,

Feels like,

Smells like,

Sounds like.

Imagine the sensations of touch including the temperature,

Any breeze that you may be present,

The surface you are on.

Imagine the details of this calming place in your mind.

And now bring your awareness if there is any colors,

Shapes,

Objects,

Plants,

Water.

All of the beautiful things that makes your place enjoyable.

To add further details to this relaxing scene,

Imagine yourself here,

Right in the middle of your safe.

What would you be doing in this calming place right now?

What would you feel?

It may be just sitting,

Enjoying this moment,

Relaxing,

Listening to music,

Listening to the birds,

Feeling the breeze maybe in your face.

Maybe is as big as you can be walking or doing other various activities.

It's your place and your place only.

And now picture yourself in this peaceful place.

Imagine a feeling of calm,

Of peace,

Of joy.

A place where you have no worries,

Cares or concern.

There is no judgment,

There is no criticism,

There is no expectations.

It's just you,

A place where you can simply rejuvenate,

Relax and enjoy just being.

A place that your soul feels complete.

Enjoy your peaceful place.

For a few more,

Memorize the sight,

The sound,

The sensations around you.

Know that you can always return to this place in your mind,

Wherever you are and wherever you need to.

If you need a break,

You know that you have this place to be.

You can take a mental vacation to allow yourself to relax,

To regroup,

To ground yourself before returning to your regular everyday life.

In the last few moments of this relaxation,

Create a picture in your mind that you will return to the next time you need a quick relaxation break.

Picture yourself in your safe,

Happy place.

And this is the moment that you imagine in now.

You can picture again the next time you need to relax.

Just be there.

When you are ready to return to your day,

File away the beautiful place that you just created in your mind.

As this place is waiting for you for the next time you need it.

As gently,

Softly and lovingly you are returning your attention back to the present.

As you notice your surroundings,

As your body and mind returns to your usual level of alertness and awakening.

You may want to stretch,

You may want to move.

As you keep that feeling of calm and relaxation from your peaceful,

Safe,

Happy place.

And as you return to your everyday life,

You know now where to go and how to get there.

Have a blessed day.
