Close your eyes and sit straight with your hands cupped in your lap and your thumbs together.
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Let go of any tension in your shoulders or your back or your neck.
Breathe in again and as you breathe out,
Just let go.
With each exhalation,
Feel the world is becoming less real until finally it only exists as a thought,
As though it were all a dream.
Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart.
Who looks outside dreams,
Who looks inside awakens.

Let the repetition of the mantra continue flowing on in your mind.
Keep it at the center of your attention.
If your mind wanders and you find yourself thinking of something else,
Don't become disturbed or try to push the other thoughts away.
It's natural for the mind to think.
But when you do notice this happening,
Simply bring your attention back to the mantra.
Now feel that the mantra is reminding you of something very important.
Baba means beloved.
It is referring to your innermost self.
The phrase Bapana Kevalam means that love is all there is.
So the mantra is reminding you that the source of all the love you've ever felt is within you,
At the center of your being.
Behind your thoughts and feelings,
There is an inner part of you that is always watching,
Always aware,
Always feeling love.
Let yourself become fully identified with this part of yourself,
This inner witness,
The inner I-feeling.
Focus on your inner I-feeling and follow it to its source,
Deep within you.
Now go deeper,
Further inward,
To where your mind is very quiet and you can more easily sense the state of pure awareness in the place behind your thoughts.
Go deeper still to a point of absolute silence,
Where all you are aware of is the shining center of your being,
A beautiful,
Loving presence.
Here your consciousness maintains its eternal watch,
Unblinking,
Still,
Glowing.
Allow yourself to become one with that presence.
Now go deeper,
Further inward,
To where your mind is very quiet and you can more easily you you you you you you take a deep breath in and breathe out again before you go back into the world recall this feeling that you enjoyed in your meditation you can come back to it during the day it will help you feel centered and calm until you return for your next meditation now when you feel comfortable you can open your eyes
