Welcome.

My name is Erin and today we will be doing an ASMR meditation.

You may hear me breathe.

You can breathe with me.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

I will also be knitting.

This session will last 20 minutes.

You may hear me breathing.

Like that.

And you will also hear my knitting needles click and the yarn go up and down the needles.

You can just breathe with me and listen to the session today.

I will be breathing in for a count of six and exhaling for a count of six while I knit.

So you may hear some of the sounds of the knitting needles and me breathing.

I will count the first few breaths like this.
