This guided meditation will help you relax and release stress. Allow the TFT session to release anxiety and symptoms from your body as the binaural beats take you into a deeper state of meditation. Release the stress and tension in your body as you access a state of mind over matter to relieve sadness. TFT or Thought Field Therapy combines eye movements, tapping and vocalizations to release stress. Some of the tapping points are similar to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) but TFT targets specific emotions or symptoms. This meditation focuses on sadness to decrease stress levels. Expand a sense of Peace and Calm as you release stress. There are other sessions for Depression/Sadness, Phobias (Fear), Pain, Anger and Fatigue.
