Welcome,

My love.

Wherever you are at,

You can just listen to this.

In any position you are in,

Whether holding a pillow,

Lying on the floor,

Half sprawled on the couch,

Anywhere,

Just surrender your full focus onto my voice.

You can even close your eyes,

As there is nothing you need to do right now.

When it feels like a heavy task to take a shower or get out of bed,

You don't have to fight its weight.

You don't have to pressure yourself for what you might expect yourself to be doing.

Celebrate the little wins,

The fact that you paused for this meditation,

And anything you do,

Do it mindfully,

Without rush.

If all you feel you can manage to do is make your bed,

Do it fully,

Without rushing,

Without mentally being in the future,

Without being lost in other expectations,

Without beating yourself up and telling yourself you should be doing more.

Be present with whatever movement you are taking.

If you are cuddling up in bed and resting,

Exhausted,

Then be here fully with your breath.

Mindfully feel it in your body.

Notice all the details you can.

Enjoy what is available to you.

Whatever you are doing,

Do it with as much awareness as possible.

When eating,

Notice the consistency and the flavors change on your tongue as each bite is chewed.

Allow yourself to be fully aware,

Fully present in where you are,

And then let the rest go.

It's okay for tasks to feel insurmountable sometimes,

But allow yourself to be present in what you do do.

For the remainder of this meditation,

Sit with the energy you have created by taking the initiative to listen to this meditation.

By doing so,

A ripple of self-care is sent out.

Vibrating in your being is at least a drop of self-compassion,

Which you can tune into.

It is the most potent and nurturing of any energy.

Breathe,

Being with the part of you that cares for you,

That even when you're exhausted,

Wants to set you up for success,

Wants you to thrive,

The relentless part of you that loves endlessly.

It will only continue to gain momentum by your tuning in,

Letting yourself rest and be held by this part of you that is always here,

No matter the state of any other part of you.

This part of you,

Like the ground,

The sturdy soil,

While the clouds pass overhead,

Surrender into this support.

Let's do this!

When you are ready,

You can let go of the focus on this meditation or continue resting in connection with the aspect of your inner care and whatever you do or don't do for the rest of today.

Just orient yourself to be fully focused in what you are doing.
