Welcome.
Gift yourself the spaciousness found within this meditation so that you can arrive into your heart center and begin to relax into your self-worth.
The first step of settling into the heart is not necessarily to rip the heart wide open.
Instead,
It's to acknowledge and feel what is inside of you.
Therefore digest and clear the way for your natural radiance to shine through.
Rather than simply focus your attention on summoning more of it.
What if there is nothing more you need to cultivate self-worth,
But actually less?
The process then becomes releasing rather than cultivating.
Using all that stands in the way of you seeing your worth.
Letting go of the clouds that block you from seeing your truth.
One of the most effective ways to do this is by settling into stillness.
Letting all that may still be spinning around inside of you after you stop moving in life to reorganize itself.
It's here in this stillness where it all becomes spread out on the table.
The suppressed emotions,
Lingering self-doubt,
Even just the collection of experiences throughout the day that we haven't fully processed.
This is why as simple as it sounds,
The path of acceptance,
Of not trying to fix,
But simply allow yourself to unfold exactly as you are.
Allowing yourself is the most effective remedy.
You see,
Children allow laughter to spontaneously erupt and joy flows effortlessly.
When we feel we have lost a part of ourselves,
Maybe the solution doesn't come from finding ourselves,
But from permitting ourselves to be as we naturally are.
Natural,
As in beyond who we think we are.
Before the conditioning of identity,
Children resided in this knowing because they're not blocked by identifying as deeply with their thoughts as we grow up to.
To settle into self-worth,
We must move beyond thinking we are the mind.
Moving beyond the singular ego to recognize and realize a little bit deeper,
Solidify in it a little bit more each time that we are actually divine.
Timeless.
Unchangeable.
A thread of the universe.
So taking these next few moments to ground into the spaciousness of expanded awareness.
Grounding first into your physical body.
Adjust yourself however you need to,
To sit comfortably and close your eyes if it is comfortable or gaze at a point in front of you.
Guide your focus internally and begin to notice your breath.
And you begin to deepen it and slow it down.
Using the breath as a vehicle for the mind.
As the breath becomes slower,
Deeper,
More steady,
The mind follows closely behind.
Our body then becomes the roots for our mind,
Pulling us down into a stable center point for us to then expand from.
This grounding organizes the sporadic movements of the mind,
Allowing the unnecessary to release and process what needs to be digested and felt for us to then come into deeper,
Grounded stillness.
As we begin to strengthen the conscious observation of prakrti,
That is the manifestation of form,
Which includes physical objects,
But also the mind,
The emotions,
And self-concepts.
It is here in the renunciation of identifying with everything the mind says that we can begin to see ourselves as separate from what manifests into the mind.
Hence,
Beginning to disidentify with self-doubt and self-criticism.
Going beyond believing each thought that comes in as the truth.
When the voice of the small self,
The learned self,
The ego,
Speaks and doubts itself,
If we can just watch this,
Take a step back each time it speaks to look at it without identifying with it.
To reposition ourselves with the deep knowing that we are the universal self.
From this place to watch this voice of not-enoughness then becomes a pathway to settle into the self we actually are.
Begin to scan through the sensations in your body.
Realizing how it feels to be in this body right now.
Noticing where your body melts into the surface beneath you.
Seeing the support right up against you,
Snuggled in close,
Holding you.
Notice your nostrils and the cool air entering them and the warmer air exiting them.
Take a couple of moments of silence to let the mind arrive here,
To filter through what may have been collected inside of you.
Set the intention to remain in the present moment and observe what residual thoughts may surface from this place of stillness.
Allow yourself to let go of what takes you out of this moment.
Allow your mind to arrive at any conclusions,
Insights,
Or solutions that naturally present themselves.
If at any time your mind becomes stuck in an uncomfortable thought,
Feeling,
Or sensation,
Give yourself permission to let it go.
Often times,
Surrendering to relaxing into the present moment and fully trusting the process is exactly where all the solutions come from.
When in doubt,
When uncomfortable,
When distracted or bored,
Breathe into the body.
Hold into this spaciousness,
Knowing there is nothing you need to do.
Settle into enjoying your time,
Rather than needing to accomplish something with it.
Let your beautiful self be,
Rather than needing to do anything to enjoy this moment.
Now bring your attention to your heart center,
Gathering your focus here.
Increase your awareness of this space,
This space of connection,
The seat of our intuition.
Our organ for sensing the intangible of life.
Instead of placing more inside of here,
Let's approach this space by releasing from here.
You do not need to hold onto love,
You do not need to hold onto self worth.
Instead recalibrate yourself to let go of self criticism,
Of comparison.
Let go of the idea you need to do something to make yourself worthy,
Or to make yourself better or happier.
Celebrate where you are at today,
As this experience is your one and only chance to experience life.
Life is to be experienced,
Not accomplished.
What if you ask yourself,
How deeply can I enjoy this moment?
How deeply can I enjoy this moment in accordance to me,
Not to how I will be perceived,
To what I think I should do,
But in accordance to my heart.
How deeply can I let go of comparison,
Expectations,
And productivity.
Breathe into the space of your heart.
Feel your chest expanding,
Your collarbones rising,
Your heart rate slowing.
When we dive deeply enough into ourselves,
The deepest desire we feel is to be at peace and happy.
Often the things we think we need to do or be comes from the belief that this will get us there,
To that peace,
To arrive at happiness.
But in fact,
Joy is available to you now,
If you let go of all that is standing in its way.
Satisfaction is not a complicated concept,
It is directly connected to what we think we need to have to feel it.
And the more you can let go of what you think you need to be and allow yourself to be who you are,
Satisfaction is right there.
A love for yourself and life is in your heart without meaning to search for it.
Thank yourself for taking the time to settle into your truth,
Your center,
And letting go of all the misconceptions that block you from your radiant truth.
The truth that you are all you could ever want yourself to be,
When you let yourself be.
Gratitude to be who you are warms your heart and causes a smile to form on your face.
This smile brings your awareness back to your body.
Your body in this present moment,
Connected to your power,
Rooted in your truth.
Gently welcome some slow movements into your fingers and toes.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Welcome back.
