Hello,

I invite you to either lay down,

Take a seat.

I'm getting comfortable in this moment.

And as you get comfortable,

I invite you to start taking some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And as you're taking in a few more deep breaths in your own time,

I invite you to gently close your eyes if you haven't already and really allow yourself to relax and receive in this moment.

In this moment,

You have carved out time for yourself.

I invite you to bring your hand to your heart,

Feel your heartbeat,

Realise that you are alive,

You are living,

You are breathing in this moment and you chose to show up for yourself.

I invite you now to simply say thank you,

Thank you for carving out this time for me today.

Just notice what that feels like to say thank you to yourself.

And as you receive that feeling,

I now invite you,

You can leave your hand where it is or you may decide to move it.

Wherever you decide is perfect for you.

Now simply in this moment,

I invite you to allow your body to deeply relax.

The deeper you relax,

The deeper you go.

Isn't that right?

Allow your toes and your feet to relax,

Your knees,

Your hips.

Let the relaxation feeling wash all the way up to your shoulders,

Your head and all the way around your eyes.

Now in this moment,

Feel like a lead weight is on your eyes just allowing you to go deeper relaxed.

Feeling even more relaxed,

Feeling even more comfortable.

As you're feeling that connection of this moment right now,

Allow your unconscious mind to float out above this moment and out into a place in nature.

As you're in this place in nature,

I want you to hear the wind,

Through the trees,

Through the bushes,

Through the leaves.

And feel the wind on your skin.

Taking that breath of fresh air.

Feel the ground beneath you.

This is your inner sanctuary.

This is your inner home.

And as you look around,

Notice what else you can see.

Notice what else you can hear.

Maybe it's the birds.

Maybe it's the rustling of the bushes.

Maybe it's your own breath of life.

And in this beautiful place,

Notice what you bring forth in there.

In your home.

In your garden sanctuary.

How does it feel to be in this place right now?

I want you to notice that in the distance,

In this sanctuary,

There is a mirror.

This mirror may look really inviting,

But also it's just hanging maybe on a tree.

Maybe it's coming from the ground,

Rising tall.

Just notice what you can see,

The details of the mirror.

I invite you to go up to the mirror now.

And as you look in the mirror,

You look deep into your eyes.

As you look into your eyes,

You not only notice the colour of your eyes,

But you notice your soul.

What does it feel like to connect with you in this moment?

As you're looking in the mirror,

Looking deep into your eyes,

I invite you to say in the mirror,

Thank you.

I accept you.

And I forgive you.

And I love you.

Watch as that unfolds,

How you feel as you connect with the mirror.

Looking deep into your eyes,

Saying thank you for showing up in the times that were tough.

Thank you for showing up through it all.

And being with me.

I accept you,

Just as you are in this moment.

And I'm willing to learn how to accept you deeper,

More fuller,

To really allow you,

Me,

To be free.

And I love you.

Notice how it feels to say,

I love you.

Even if for a moment,

You just let one percent of that I love you just to land into your being.

Now,

I want you to notice your reflection,

Notice what's changed,

Notice how you feel.

And now your reflection says back to you.

I love you too.

I accept you just as you are,

And I thank you for everything that you do.

Really feel that,

Let that in,

Just one percent.

In this moment,

As you look into each other's eyes,

Deep and full,

You realize that the mirror is gone.

There is no longer a mirror.

This person in front of you is a living,

Breathing,

Beautiful human being.

And you hold each other's hands,

And you look in each other's eyes,

And you give each other the biggest smile.

And you welcome each other home in this sanctuary,

Saying,

Thank you,

I love you,

I see you,

I feel you.

And every day,

I will show up for you.

We are in this together.

We are in this together.

I will honor you.

I will respect you.

I will adore you.

Feel that as you look into each other's eyes and feel the presence,

And you give each other the biggest hug you've ever given.

Feel that hug from your own self,

Your own reflection.

Feel that.

And then as you feel that hug,

Feel that love for each other.

Just let that in.

This is you.

This is you.

This is your essence,

This is your being.

And as you look into each other's eyes once more,

You place a hand on each other's heart,

And once again,

You feel the heartbeat.

You are a miracle.

I am a miracle.

And as you look at each other,

You hold each other's hand together.

And you start to walk into the garden sanctuary.

You may play,

Dance,

Laugh,

Cry together,

Hold each other,

But you are in this together.

And as you connect with you,

That reflection of you,

Say thank you.

And anytime I want to connect with you,

I will simply look in the mirror into my own eyes,

And I will see you,

And I will honor you.

And each day I will choose you,

And love on you,

And grow into more love,

More depth,

More freedom,

More connection.

And as you say thank you,

You both give each other your final kisses and goodbyes.

You float out above that garden knowing you can come back anytime you need,

And you float back into your body into this moment.

And you just feel the journey you've just went on.

Feel what you feel like in this moment.

Bring your hand to your heart.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel the temperature of the room.

Notice what you can hear.

Notice what you can smell.

Take a deep breath.

One last final deep breath.

In through the nose,

And breathe out a sigh.

Welcome home.

And I invite you now to slowly blink open your eyes,

Look around in the space you're in.

Just take a few moments to be with yourself.

Thank you for showing up for yourself today.

Sending so much love.

And remember,

Anytime you need,

Bring your hand to your heart,

Drop into this moment,

And return home to yourself.
