You are invited to have a candle to kindle and or a gratitude journal with you.
But all you really need to bring into this circle is an open heart,
An open mind,
And love for all,
Especially yourself.
Join with me now as we raise our cone of power.
Take a deep breath in and release it slowly.
Feel yourself rooting into the earth and drawing in energy from the core of the earth.
The energy flows up through the mantle of the earth and into your feet,
Traveling up until it reaches your crown chakra.
Take another deep breath and release it slowly.
Rub your hands together and on the count of three,
We're going to raise our arms and throw that energy straight up.
One,
Two,
Three.
So mote it be.
Here at last,
Our circle is cast with light upon the ground.
We call upon the elements to guide our magic all around.
God and goddess bless our right to guide us and give to all insight.

Gratitude is often associated with the Sabbath of Mabon,
But I believe it should be an everyday experience.
Being grateful for nature,
Those who surround you on a daily basis,
The food on your table,
Your loved ones,
And so forth.
Most of all,
Please show some gratitude to yourself.
At this time,
I invite you to pick up a candle to kindle.

Blessed am I to have found a path to walk that is unique and my own.
Blessed am I for all that I have and for the things I don't have.
Blessed am I to be able to give thanks for love,
Stability,
And contentment for a life I would envy if I weren't living it.
