Hi,

I'm Ian.

Enjoy this practice to start your day in ground,

In power,

In peace.

Let's take a moment and get yourself into a comfortable position.

Whether you're sitting down on a chair,

Or on a cushion,

Or even lying down.

When you're ready,

Gently shutter your eyes closed.

And start by bringing awareness to our breath.

Slowly,

By taking a deep inhale,

In and up through your nose,

Expanding your belly like a balloon.

Pausing that breath at the top.

Exhaling and releasing that breath down and out through your mouth,

All the way through the soles of your feet.

Taking another deep inhale,

In and up through your nose,

Expanding your belly like a balloon.

Pausing at the top.

Exhaling and releasing that breath down and out through your mouth.

One more time,

Taking a deep inhale,

In and up through your nose,

Expanding your belly like a balloon.

Pausing at the top.

Exhaling and releasing your breath down and out through your mouth.

Allowing your breath to settle.

Breathing a little bit more naturally.

Shifting your breathing and feeling the air as it moves in and out through your nose.

Allowing each breath to bring you into the present moment.

No need to rush.

Just breathing.

As you settle into the rhythm of your breathing,

Know that in this moment,

You are safe.

In this moment,

You are whole.

In this moment,

You are exactly where you need to be.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet,

Deep into the ground and the earth.

Feeling these roots connect you to your history,

Your dad,

Your granddad,

Your great-granddad,

Your ancestors,

And all of those who came before you.

Feeling the strength of their journeys,

Their resilience,

And their love for you.

With each breath,

Let that strength rise through those roots,

Filling your entire body.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling slowly.

Inhaling deeply,

Exhaling slowly.

As you breathe,

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Letting go of any weight that you may carry.

Any expectations of this moment,

Any struggles before this moment,

Even struggles that you feel you're carrying,

Any pain that maybe the world places upon you.

Releasing any tension,

Any fear,

Any doubt.

Inhaling strength,

Peace,

And love.

Exhaling tension,

Fear,

And doubt.

Inhaling strength,

Peace,

And love.

Exhale tension,

Fear,

And doubt.

Doing this at your own pace,

Allowing the strength,

Peace,

And love of your breath to wash over you like a calm wave,

Soothing every muscle in your body and every thought that comes across your mind.

If a thought comes up,

To take your mind,

Your attention away from your breath,

Let that thought float away.

With no judgment,

Being gentle to yourself,

And simply just beginning again.

Inhaling strength,

Peace,

And love.

Exhaling tension,

Fear,

And doubt.

Resting in that strength,

That peace,

And that love.

Grounding in the truth of your worth.

Grounding in your potential.

I invite you to allow this truth to settle into your heart.

Now thinking about the day ahead of you.

Taking a moment to see yourself.

Fulfilling all your goals,

Fulfilling all your intentions,

Being your highest and best.

Offer the following phrases to yourself.

May I be safe,

Happy,

And healthy,

And move through this day with peace and ease.

May I be safe,

Happy,

And healthy,

And move through this day with peace and ease.

May I be safe,

Happy,

And healthy,

And move through this day with peace and ease.

Offering these phrases to yourself as you see yourself moving through your day.

Take a moment now to just rest.

Releasing wherever your attention may be.

No pushing,

No pulling,

No doing.

Just resting and being.

Rest.

Let's bring our awareness back to our breath.

Slowly taking a deep inhale.

Inhaling peace,

Clarity,

And power through our nose.

Exhaling and releasing any tension.

Just letting go.

One more time.

Inhaling peace,

Clarity,

And power in through our nose.

Exhaling and releasing any tension.

One last time.

Inhaling peace,

Clarity,

And power through our nose.

Exhaling and releasing any tension.

Ready.

You can slowly bring some movement back into your body.

Maybe wiggling your fingertips or your toes.

Maybe rolling your neck,

Your wrists,

Or your shoulders.

Fluttering your eyes open.

Bringing yourself back into your room or whatever space you're in.

Know that you are whole,

Complete,

And lacking nothing.

You are seen.

You are valued.

You are loved.

You are powerful.

In the embodiment of infinite possibilities.

Any and everything is possible.

And all things are working for your good.

Have an amazing day.

Be well.

Stay mindful.

Peace.
