And so to really get into a metastatic state that allows us to really explore this quantum self,
This essence,
All we need to do is relax and surrender.
So sitting up nice and tall,
Or if you're lying down,
You can also lie down on your back,
Either one.
And we'll start to just notice our breath.
Starting to notice our inhale and our exhale.
The quality of our breath.
Not trying to change it,
But just observing your natural flow in this moment.
Just noticing the air that enters into the body and then how it feels when you exhale.
And as you breathe,
You start to consciously relax the body.
You close the eyes.
You relax the shoulders down,
Letting go of any tension or stress in the shoulders.
You even let the jaw hang slightly open,
Relaxing all the tension in the jaw.
Relaxing the space between the eyebrows.
And as you consciously relax all the muscles in your body,
You start to deepen your breath.
Now we'll take three big breaths together,
Each breath taking you closer to creative intelligence.
The first breath,
Taking a deep inhale together,
Inhaling as fully as you can expand the belly,
Expand your lungs,
Hold it in for a moment.
And exhale.
Two deeply inhale,
Inhale into the belly,
Expand the belly,
Expand the lungs.
Feel relaxing sensations encompassing around your body.
Hold the breath in.
And exhale,
Sigh it out.
And three,
Inhale to your fullest capacity,
Fill your body with fresh oxygen.
Fill it up.
Try to even sip in a tiny air,
A tiny little sip of air on top.
Hold it.
Keep that breath held in just a little longer.
And exhale,
Relax.
Beautiful.
Letting your breath come back to a natural organic rhythm now.
Inhaling and exhaling.
And as you observe the inhale and the exhale,
You can start to feel your belly expanding like a balloon,
The chest filling with air.
And then the shoulders dropping as you begin to exhale.
And then consciously pulling the navel point in and up,
Squeezing out every last drop of air.
Continuing to breathe now long,
Slow,
And deep.
Using the breath as a beautiful anchor,
An anchor to this moment,
An anchor to each and every one of us on this call.
Coming back to the breath whenever you want to ground yourself,
Go a little deeper.
Every exhale brings you into a greater state of relaxation.
Every exhale,
You feel your body,
Your muscles relax.
Relaxing your jaw.
Using the space between the eyebrows.
And as you breathe,
Scanning your body for any tension.
We all have tension stored in unique places.
So listening to your intuition as you observe where you are holding tension in this moment.
Inhaling into that spot.
Exhaling,
Releasing the tension,
If not all of it,
Maybe just a part.
And then continuing to inhale and exhale all the tension.
And as you breathe,
I want you to visualize your life.
Using the power of your imagination,
The potential of your mind.
Want you to imagine different aspects of your life as threads,
As little pieces of string.
Everything in your life is a thread.
Your to-do lists are each threads.
Your goals are each a thread.
Your job is its own thread.
Your family,
Your friends,
Your different romantic relationships,
Past,
Future,
Present.
All of your worries.
All of your expectations.
All of your plans for the future.
And every single emotion you feel,
Each its own thread.
And there are even thicker threads representing all of your patterns,
Your deep ingrained ways of being.
And at this point,
You can't even keep count of all of the threads that create this existence.
Now visualize all of these threads intertwining together,
Entangling,
Creating a web,
A web of your unique entanglements.
These are the illusions of your life.
In yogic philosophy,
We call this the Maya.
These threads are sticky.
These threads are messy and they get you stuck.
This is a web of your behaviors,
A web of your conditioned beliefs that keep you from being your best self.
Now imagine I want you to picture yourself sitting right in the middle of this tangled crazy web.
All these threads and strings wrapped around you,
Tying you down.
And because you're in the middle of all of these illusions,
Most times you don't realize they are actually illusions.
They seem like your reality because every way you turn behind you,
In front of you,
Left,
Right,
You see these threads,
The threads of your negative emotions,
Your destructive patterns.
And we think that this is the normal.
We think that this is life and we can get stuck in the Maya for a very,
Very long time.
But thankfully we have access to an angel and this angel is called pain.
Pain is something that shocks you.
It jolts you.
Sometimes it can be so shocking,
So painful,
Traumatizing that it brings you right out of the Maya.
It shocks you so much.
It's so jarring that you hit rock bottom.
We've all been there,
But I invite you to think of this rock bottom actually as rock edge.
You're suddenly on the edge of your web.
You're out of the threads of illusion and you're looking down into your life with an elevated perspective.
And from this higher perspective,
You see truth.
You see the truth of your patterns.
You see the truth of all the lessons that you were meant to learn.
You even see some confronting truths about yourself that maybe are hard to look at.
Parts of yourself that exist in the shadow that you ignored for a very long time.
These illusions that have haunted your subconscious and on the edge,
Looking into the web of your life,
Into your entanglements,
You now have a choice.
Two choices.
One,
You can numb yourself.
You can numb yourself with alcohol,
Drugs,
Netflix,
Codependent relationships,
Negative self-talk,
Whatever it is.
And you can go back into the center,
Into the middle of this matrix,
Into your illusions and pretend that you didn't see your life from this elevated perspective.
You can choose to ignore the gift that pain has given you and go right back into the center.
Or two,
You can take the leap of faith.
You can turn the other way back to your emotional threads,
Your entanglements.
And you can seek,
You can seek and find out who you really are.
Bringing your hands to your heart now,
Connecting to your heartbeat,
Because to leap into the unknown,
We need a lot of courage.
We need the courage that comes from this heart center.
The unknown can be scary,
Yes.
But if we can open our heart,
If we can leap,
If we can lead from this space,
You can do it.
And tonight in this meditation,
I invite you to do this together.
I want you to imagine looking out into the unknown of your life,
Into this infinite space,
Maybe filled with stars and galaxies,
Gathering all the courage from your heart,
Placing a soft smile on your face,
Imagining all of our sisters here tonight,
Taking this leap together.
And on the count of three,
I want you to imagine yourself stepping out into the unknown,
Out of the Maya in one,
Two,
Three,
Step out,
Float out,
Feel your energy expand.
Look around you,
Seeing all the potential opportunities of your life,
All the abundance,
All the magic,
Everything that you could be,
Everything that you could do,
All of the breadcrumbs that lead you to your Dharma,
Your purpose.
Feel supporting,
Feel connected,
Feel light.
The cords of your entanglements are now far,
Far away.
And from this perspective,
Looking down now again onto your life,
You have an even more elevated view.
Imagine all of the trauma,
All of the pain,
All of the lessons.
They look so beautiful from up high,
And it brings tears to your eyes.
And you're in awe of the beauty of your life,
In deep awe as you float through the blissful unknown.
And as you float,
You start to see one another floating all around,
Connected from the heart center.
You are capable of overcoming any challenges in life.
You have the capacity to handle any lesson with grace.
You have the courage to step out into the unknown,
Into the divine play.
Together,
Taking a deep,
Deep inhale into the heart.
Exhaling.
Again,
Deep inhale,
Fill your body with this truth,
With this love.
And your mouth sigh it out.
And last time,
Deepest inhale,
Fill your body with air,
Suspend the breath,
Hold the breath in at the top.
And together,
Audibly sign out any doubt,
Any fear.
Taking one last moment to say thank you,
To say thank you to pain,
To say thank you to pain,
Our angel.
Thank you pain.
Thank you for guiding us to the edge.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
