Make yourself comfortable in a seated position.
Close your eyes and take a nice deep breath in through the nose,
Breathing out through the mouth,
Relaxing your shoulders and your belly,
Relaxing the whole body.
Take another nice deep breath in and breathe out.
Relax even more,
Give away all thoughts,
Give them back to the universe and feel that when you give away all of your thoughts and emotions,
Your body starts to relax even more.
So allow yourself to relax deeper.
Take a deep breath in and again allow yourself to give away all thoughts and emotions,
Any tension within the mind,
Emotions or body,
Give them all back to life,
God or the universe.
Breathe out.
Allow the breath to move gently through your body,
Softening,
Releasing any tension,
Inviting the breath to create more space within yourself.
Allow your heart to open up,
Take a nice deep breath in and relax your emotions.
You don't need to take care of them,
The heart does this for you,
It's the job of your heart to filter your emotions,
It's not yours,
Don't interfere with its job,
Just allow yourself to be relaxed and create a nice open space for things to happen,
Let the energy do its job for you.
As you are relaxing more and more and as you are letting go of your thinking mind,
You probably start observing the presence energy that is here,
Allow yourself to get a sense of that,
I am present,
Focus and devote yourself only to the sense,
I am present,
I am here right now,
I exist,
Devote yourself,
Surrender to the I am,
Don't tolerate any other thought,
Any other emotion and still be easy about the sense of I exist,
I am,
Now realize that there is something that can observe this sense of I am present,
Something can feel,
Notice,
See,
Observe and know this presence energy.
Who is experiencing this?
Stay here a little bit longer,
Breathe in and relax and whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes,
Drop back constantly into that I am,
Make this a daily practice,
