Step Into 2026 | A Guided Future Self Meditation
This guided meditation invites you to gently step forward into 2026 and observe your life from three distinct vantage points: three months, nine months, and twelve months ahead. From a calm, grounded state, you’ll travel along your personal timeline, noticing the energy, themes, emotions, and experiences that begin to shape your next chapter. Rather than predicting a fixed outcome, this practice offers intuitive insight—highlighting what is ready to unfold, what is asking for your attention, and what wants to be consciously cultivated. You may receive images, sensations, feelings, or simple knowing as you witness how your choices, mindset, and inner alignment influence the year ahead.

Let's meditate together.
My name is Kori.
Please find yourself in a comfortable seated position.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so.
Let's get into the motion,
The feeling of meditating.
So,
With your eyes closed,
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
Relax your chin down slightly so that you're not straining your neck.
Bring your chin down slightly towards your chest.
Just changing the internal horizon a little bit.
Slouch your shoulders,
Relax them.
See if you can start to soften the muscles in your face.
Purposely just feel around your eyes and soften the muscles.
Feel around your mouth,
Your cheeks,
And soften those muscles.
Create a little space between your jaw so that your jaw can relax and you're not clenching your teeth together subconsciously.
Let's start to ride the breath a little bit.
Follow your inhales and your exhales,
All the tiny subtle movements that those breaths create in your body.
Sometimes it feels good to just do a really big inhale,
A nice big exaggerated deep breath all the way down to the base of your spine.
Imagine you're breathing all the way down to your coccyx,
Your tailbone.
And as you breathe out,
Let everything settle.
I always imagine it like when you shake a tablecloth and then it just falls perfectly on the table.
That's what a big inhale feels like to me,
Like you're making everything just settle in the right place with that breath.
It's time to relax.
Time to do a little bit of self-reflection.
Take all your focus and attention up to your forehead.
See if you can imagine that you're standing under a nice warm shower and that shower,
You can feel it falling gently on the top of your head,
Running down the middle of your head,
Over the sides of your head,
The back of your head.
You can feel it relaxing your scalp.
Feel it gently rolling down the front of your forehead.
So you can feel it,
The warmth of it,
Softening any tension lines across your forehead.
Can feel it rolling down over your eyebrows,
Softening the fine lines and tension around your temples,
Falling gently down over,
Underneath your eyes,
Onto your cheeks,
So that part of your face feels completely softened and relaxed with the warmth of the shower.
Focus more then on the front of your forehead,
The outside part,
Slightly up right there in the middle.
Just put all of your attention,
Your breath,
Breathe into that space on the surface of your forehead.
Where you would imagine your third eye would lie in images and pictures,
Things that you see,
Those three eyes,
Your two physical eyes and then your third energetical eye right there in the middle of your forehead,
Just above your eyebrows.
Feel that space.
Also at the same time,
Feel as if you're looking into that space with your physical eyes,
Even though they're closed,
Let your eyes move up slightly as if you're staring into that void in the middle of your forehead.
As if your physical eyes are staring out through your third eye also.
Ooh,
My goodness,
I just had a download.
Creating the pyramid,
Right?
The three eyes,
Three points.
Bringing your physical eyes into connection with your third eye,
Creating that pyramid shape inside of your mind so that you can see through all visions.
The next thing I want you to do,
Staring up and back slightly still,
Staring through your third eye with your physical eyes,
Start to feel where you're staring from.
Let me explain.
When you stare out into space there in front of you,
Does it feel like you're looking out from the surface of your forehead,
Or does it feel deeper into your head?
Like you're standing inside of your head,
More towards the middle of your head,
Staring out into that big dark void there in front of you,
Or whatever it is that you're seeing through the pyramid of your third eye,
Your three eyes.
Just feel it,
Feel the space for yourself.
If it feels like you're staring out from the surface,
That's totally great.
If it feels like you're staring out from the middle of your head,
Like you're stepping a little bit back and staring out,
Peering out,
Then that's great too.
What's actually happening from a bigger perspective,
Whether you feel it or not,
Is that the third eye is placed in the penile gland,
And that's more towards the back,
The middle of your head.
The sight is coming from that magical place.
So that's why sometimes,
For some of us,
It doesn't feel as if it's coming from the front of our forehead,
It feels as if it's coming further back.
Observe what it feels like for you,
No right or wrong.
And then what I'd like you to do is a simple exercise,
And just imagine that you're standing in front of your own front door,
Just to get your third eye woken up more.
Imagine you're standing in front of your own front door,
The door that you walk up to many,
Many times,
And you can see what the door looks like.
You could even reach out with your hand.
If you want to play a little bit more,
Start to wake up other senses.
Feel your front door,
What does it feel like underneath your fingertips?
Look at the color,
Look at the size.
Notice the details of your door,
The door you know so well.
It'll just come to you.
It's a mixture of memory and inner sight that you're working with.
When I count to three,
We're going to go through that front door of yours.
Beyond the door,
You won't see your normal house.
Beyond the door,
You're going to walk into a room that looks very similar to a spaceship.
It has a big window at the front,
Like on Star Trek,
Where you're staring out into space.
It's going to have that kind of feel to it.
All the details and what it looks like for you will be personal,
Your own own creation,
Your own mind's creation.
But the general idea is we're going to walk into a platform with a big window that stares out into big,
Vast,
Open space out there in the cosmos.
That's the first part of our journey.
I'm going to count to three and we'll go through the door,
Your front door.
One,
Two,
Three.
Taking a couple of steps forward,
Noticing the ground underneath your feet,
What it feels like.
What it looks like.
Walking over to the front of the room.
So you're standing,
Looking out of this big window.
You can look around,
Look over to your left,
Look over to your right.
Notice other details about your space.
But the most important thing is that you're looking out of the window into big,
Vast,
Wide,
Open space.
Space itself,
The stars,
The planets.
I'd like you to sit at one of the seats by the window and get comfortable as if you're going to drive this vessel,
This craft,
Whatever it is that you're in.
There's maybe panels in front of you with lots of buttons and different knobs and trinkets and levers and you don't have to use any of those.
You're going to use your mind to time travel.
And we're going to travel to a time and place that's actually three months into the future of your current reality.
This body that you're in,
The name that you have,
The life that you're in.
We're staying here in this current life,
But we're going to shift forward three months.
I'd like you to just get comfortable in your seat.
Imagine that you're closing your eyes and when I count to three,
You'll be able to open your eyes and look through the window as if it's showing you your life close up.
Whether you're at work,
Whether you're at home,
Whatever it is that you're doing,
Keep your mind open.
Don't try and control any of it.
Just play.
This is just play.
Three months from now,
When I count to three,
And then you'll open your eyes and look through the window and see yourself living.
One,
Two,
Three.
Just observe.
Whatever your mind is choosing to show you has meaning,
So don't try and shift it or make it more exciting or less exciting.
Just watch.
If there's anything that you're curious about,
Shift the vision,
Move it into a place,
Whether you want to see what you're like with your partner in three months,
Whether you want to see something more specific,
Use your mind.
Like everything that you will ask or require internally to see,
It'll change and show you on the screen.
I'm only going to spend a certain amount of time in these time frames,
So we're going to move along shortly.
Make sure that you get to see what you need to see.
Imagine that you're closing your eyes back down there on the chair,
Sat in your spaceship vessel,
Allowing the images to fade away and go blank.
I'm going to count to three,
And when I say three,
You'll open your eyes and see yourself nine months from now.
Into this next future year,
Nine months from now.
One,
Two,
Three.
Don't manipulate anything that you see,
Just let it show you what it is that you're doing or not doing.
Imagine that you're closing down your eyes.
Take a big deep breath and allow the scene to just fade away.
And now,
When I count to three and you open your eyes for the final time,
You'll see yourself at the end of next year,
Ready to start a new year.
Watching yourself,
Noticing what you accomplished in this year that's just passed.
What you didn't change,
What you did change.
Just where you're at.
Let's count to three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Opening your eyes,
Looking at yourself.
Around this date,
Just watch the screen.
Have about 30 more seconds to just watch.
Probe into your future.
And now,
What I'd like you to do is imagine that you're closing your eyes again.
Let go of the visions,
The feelings,
The senses of where you were at at the end of next year.
Let it all go.
Take a nice big deep breath.
Breathe out with a sigh.
Relax.
When I count to three,
You'll open your eyes.
And the next time you open your eyes,
You'll be in your reality,
In your body,
Back in present time,
Present day,
Present moment.
Counting to three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Three.
Opening your eyes,
Coming back into this place.
Namaste,
My friends.
