Just a reminder,

My name is Corrie and we are going to meditate together.

We're going to have a wonderful meditation together this morning.

So as you close down your eyes,

Just feel into your body.

Notice if you have just woken up,

Whether there's any heavy spots in your body,

Tiredness maybe in and around your mind.

Maybe you woke up like me and felt like you didn't get enough sleep.

Or maybe you feel great and refreshed.

Whatever you're feeling.

The point is to go inside of your own body and just start to assess where you're at.

Start to feel into your being.

You're becoming more self-aware.

A body check-in.

And as you check into the sensations of your body,

Notice if there's any tightness along with that tiredness or awakeness.

Notice if there's any tired,

Achy,

Tight spots in your body.

Maybe your shoulders feel heavy.

If that's the case,

Then that's wonderful.

Allow your shoulders to feel even heavier this morning.

Let them completely relax down away from your ears.

Maybe there's tightness across your forehead and around your eyes.

This happens so frequently throughout the day to all of us.

We strain without realizing.

We tighten behind the eyes without realizing.

This is where a source of headaches come from.

So see if you can just mentally imagine that you're in a nice,

Warm shower and the water's rolling down the top of your head.

And it's a quiet moment in the day.

And finally,

You're free to just relax.

Let the warm water start to relax the top of your scalp.

See if you can feel a shift in the tightness to the softness.

Feel the warm water rolling down over your forehead,

Softening and relaxing any tension or tightness that you might have there in your face.

Let the warm,

Relaxing shower flow roll down the back of your head,

Down the back of your neck,

Onto the back of your shoulders.

See if you can let that tension at the back of your neck melt away.

This is the perfect place to take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath in through your nose and sigh out through your mouth.

Let that sigh aid in the relaxation at the back of your neck.

Just breathing out some of that tightness and tension.

Let's do that again.

Nice,

Big,

Deep breath all the way into the back of your neck.

And then sigh,

Relax,

Let go for the tightness that might be in side of your head,

Behind your eyes,

Behind your forehead.

See if you can stare.

This sounds crazy,

But it tends to work.

See if you can stare into the top of your head,

Even though your eyes are closed.

So let your eyes roll up,

Push them up and push them back and push them into the source of maybe tightness or tension that might be in your head.

Push them up and back.

From the outside,

You'll see them kind of fluttering.

It's okay.

But from the inside,

You're pushing into the tension.

And it feels counteractive,

But it actually works.

And then relax your eyes back down completely.

And feel that rush of relaxation rolling into the inside of your head,

Behind your eyes.

On this next inhale,

We'll do that again.

Breathe in nice and deep.

And as you breathe in,

Push your eyes back as far as they'll go up to the top of your head,

And then push them back as if you're staring into that space at the back,

The middle of your forehead,

The back and the middle of your head.

Push,

Push,

Push it back.

Strain your eyes back and then relax.

Rise down again.

Let all that tension soften and melt away.

Slowing down your breathing so you're even more peaceful and calm inside.

I'd like you to,

Whether you're familiar with chakras or not,

It doesn't matter.

But we're going to focus down on the second chakra.

That's your sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra is in your lower abdomen.

So imagine it's above the pubic bone,

Higher in your lower abdomen,

About two inches down below your belly button.

Your sacral chakra is all about pleasure in this world.

But it can be blocked and stunted by guilt.

Guilt is what will keep you small.

It makes you feel heavy and unworthy and definitely not in a place to receive pleasure or to give pleasure.

It's not necessarily about how we think of pleasure.

It's more about the general,

The honey of life,

The sweetness of life.

That's all about your sacral.

It's about your creativity,

Your ability to feel,

Really feel in this world.

And to feel freedom,

We have to have it right with the sacral chakra.

Because the sacral chakra won't allow you to feel free.

It won't allow you to be free just being who you are.

Your sacral and the guilt will make you think that you need to be more and do more and achieve more and grow more and change more.

The guilt will always make you feel like you don't deserve to feel freedom or pleasure or joy.

The sacral chakra is a wonderful,

Deep,

Rusty,

Vibrant orange in color.

Start to see that color in your mind,

Like a rusty,

Deep flame color.

Take both of your hands and just place them on your lower abdomen.

Fold them there gently and start to breathe down into your sacral chakra,

Down into that place,

That part of your body.

It doesn't matter specifically what you feel guilty about.

Let's do a process this morning where we can just remove guilt.

So as you focus on your hands there on your lower abdomen,

Start to let the warmth or the coolness of your hands soak into the skin on your tummy.

You'll feel it even through clothing.

Just be patient and start to feel that energy and that warmth or coolness,

That connection from your hands to your sacral.

Using the power of your breath,

Breathe into your hands,

Which will help you to take your attention into your hands.

So follow your breath through your body,

Take a nice big deep breath and breathe into your hands.

And then when you arrive in your hands and all your focus and attention is in the palms of your hands and your fingertips,

Let go of the sensation that you're feeling from the perspective of your stomach and feel just the perspective of your hands.

Feel the warmth of your tummy.

Feel the clothes in your fingertips.

The texture of the fabric against the palm of your hand or hands.

I have one hand placed on top of the other so I can feel the clothing and I can also feel the skin of the back of my other hand.

What do you feel?

Just feel into that connection.

And then using a form of Reiki or energy healing on yourself,

I'd like you to start to really intentionally send warmth,

Energy through your hands into your lower abdomen.

And how you can do that is use your breath.

So heating the body with your breath.

Slightly tighten the back of your throat and start to breathe a little bit more like Darth Vader.

Kind of just tighten the back of your throat and then when you breathe in,

It sounds like a hollow tree going in and when you breathe out,

It's called an ujjayi breath and it creates heat in the body.

You're creating a restriction at the back of your throat that makes the breath sound different but it also creates heat inside of your system.

And you're sending that heat down into your hands.

Push it down your arms,

Especially on the exhale,

You'll feel it easier.

Push it down your arms,

Into your hands,

Into the palms and send heat.

And in your mind,

Your job is to visualize that that heat is the same color as the sacral chakra,

Like a fiery,

Warm,

Orange,

Rusty orange.

And that color and the vibration of that color and the healing properties of that color is just going to push out any darkness from the guilt.

So you're basically energetically blasting out the guilt,

Improving life force in your sacral chakra.

The heat,

The intention,

The breath and the transference are all magical properties that can allow you to just awaken and open your sacral chakra so that you can be free to feel comfortable with who you are.

So let's do that breath.

Breathe in.

Breathe out,

Push the heat down.

In your mind,

See the flames going into your lower tummy.

Breathe in.

Breathe out,

Push it down.

In through your nose,

Out through your nose.

Keep breathing like that.

Send in your own healing power.

Your own inner energy and force into your sacral chakra.

You're doing yourself healing right now so that you can feel freer,

More open,

More happy and joyful.

Just breathe and know that your breath is giving you an energy infusion.

It's pretty simple.

You're magical.

That's all you're doing for your meditation.

Breathing it in,

Pushing it down,

Expanding the sacral chakra,

Dispersing and obliterating any guilt in there.

And then repeat.

Breathe and repeat.

Just for about five more breaths.

Last nice,

Slow breath.

Resume your normal breathing.

Let go of the tightness in the back of your throat.

The ujjayi breath,

Let it go.

I'm going to count to three and you can open your eyes and come back into your space.

Feeling open,

Feeling happier and more free to be who you are today and the next day and the next day.

One,

Two,

Three.

Opening your eyes.

Coming back into your world.

Give yourself some love and thanks and appreciation that you meditated this morning.

Even if you were tired,

Even if you were in a rush,

Whatever,

You meditated.

So thank yourself for that.

Be proud of yourself for that.

Namaste,

My friends.

I really needed this and I truly appreciate you Cory. I have felt so many mixed emotions since the loss of my mother last month. I still plan on reaching out to you.I believe in sycronicity and I was just crying my eyes out and was feeling so much guilt earlier and my phone turned on to notifications and it was you ( this ) I had not seen this but had seen and meditated yesterday with the honey bath .The point is ,is that this was divine timing because I was at a very low point prior to this. Thank you.Much Love and Peace
