If you could please all come to a comfortable seated position.

Maybe your hands are resting on your thighs,

Maybe they're folded in your lap.

Just feel out different positions this morning and find one that feels good for you.

And then as soon as you've found your seated position,

Your comfortable space,

Start to check in with your breath and mindfully slow it down.

Notice your inhales,

What they feel like as they travel through your body.

Notice your exhales,

The drop in your shoulders when you breathe out,

The empty space at the bottom.

Right now,

As we listen to me and sit together,

We're all breathing,

Right?

We all have this commonality between us,

Which is the breath,

A life force.

There's people all over the world right now doing exactly the same thing,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Right now,

You're in a place in your reality where you're very conscious of your breath,

Sensations of it,

The feeling of it,

The pace,

Everything about it.

You're conscious of your breath,

But most of the time we're very unconscious of this wonderful thing that's happening constantly inside of our body.

And if it stopped,

Things would change very quickly for our reality,

Right?

Something so powerful,

Yet most of the time we don't even think about it.

Use your breath and the pace of it being nice and slow to make the rest of your body respond.

You're sending signals to your parasympathetic nervous system that all is well in the world.

You're safe right now in this moment.

You can be still and quiet.

You're actually changing so many things inside of your body with this calm,

Slow breath.

Make sure that it's nice and deep as well.

Bring it all the way down to your abdomen.

A lot of the time we shallow breathe and we're unconscious that we're not taking in full,

Deep breaths.

But every time we take in a full,

Deep breath,

We change the acidity and the alkaline in our body.

We create more of an alkaline environment with a good breath.

And in alkaline,

Nothing bad can grow.

It's when we're very acidic that we can house disease more easily.

So think about your breath from that perspective.

And every time you take this long,

Slow,

Beautiful,

Easy breath,

You're in a sense also hugging your heart,

Caressing,

Massaging in a very calm,

Subtle way.

Your heart gets to have some comfort with those long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

Take your breath all the way down into your pelvic floor area.

Take your breath all the way down into the space inside of you that is your womb.

Whether you have your womb or your womb has been taken away a long time ago like me,

It doesn't matter.

Take your breath down into the bowl,

That place inside of your body,

Your womb,

Your pelvic floor,

Your ovaries,

The place where all creation is achieved on this planet.

Just breathe down into that space.

Let's give it some love.

The goddess inside of you,

The female aspect of you,

If you're male,

And if you are male listening to this,

Connect into your female energy and just breathe down into your pelvic floor,

The place where you aid with creation.

Breathe into that space.

Using your breath to bring some energy into this part of your body.

Down here,

You're also connecting to specific energy centers inside of your body,

Your root chakra,

Your sacral chakra,

Your solar plexus,

And all of the energies and the powers that they attract from moment to moment.

So as we breathe down into this part of our being,

All the way down to your coccyx,

Into the hips.

As you breathe down into this space,

You're activating so much.

Just by using your breath and the focus of your mind to bring this part of your being awake.

Within this space that you're breathing in,

There is safety,

Safety,

Earth connection.

We get to connect to mama earth with that root,

With that base that's inside of us.

Physically,

We can feel her under our sit bones,

But also energetically,

We get to connect to her through our root chakra,

Our energy center down there.

And within that connection,

We get to feel stable.

And that stability allows us a sense of safety.

And that's sweet.

See if you can just ride your breath down into that part of your body.

Know that right now in this moment,

You are completely safe.

You're not in danger.

Allow your body to respond from the signals of feeling safe.

Your heart is nice and calm.

The rest of your body is soft,

Relaxed.

It's not tight and tense.

Just having the reassurance that you're grounded through your sit bones and the energy.

You're grounded and safe.

That feels good right now.

There could be a whirlwind of craziness happening outside of your space,

Outside of your bubble.

Doesn't matter right now.

You're calm.

The breath inside of your body feels nice and soothing.

It's a comfortable,

Peaceful pace and you're safe.

Let that sweetness feel good in your body for a few moments.

Allowing yourself the pleasure of just being still,

Being quiet inside of your beautiful body.

Tapping into your sacral chakra,

The senses,

The feelings,

The emotions,

And the bliss of the stillness that you've created for a few minutes.

It just feels good.

Maybe for the next few breaths,

It feels nice for you to deepen your breath even more.

Slow it down just a little bit more.

Longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths.

As if you're caressing this wave of relaxation that goes through your body.

From the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes,

Everything is being relaxed.

With this longer,

Slower,

Deeper breath.

Can you be in the moment?

Can you stay here?

Can you stay in the sensations?

Can you stay in your body?

Can you stay in this peace?

The way to do that is to really,

Really feel it.

Focus on it.

Make your busy mind focus on the stillness.

Focus on the sensations,

The emotions,

The feelings.

Your mind gets to be busy,

But you get the pleasure of what it is that you're actually accepting through your thoughts.

That it feels good.

That you feel calm right now.

There's a sense of peace.

With every breath,

The waves that you create inside of your body allow you to feel more and more grounded,

More and more connected and stable to earth.

Beneath you,

Around you.

The appreciation of your breath.

Let's just take a few moments to really be and acknowledge the gratitude of the simple in and out and the power of what it can create inside of our beings.

Let's just be grateful for the breath,

For a few breaths.

Acknowledge her.

Recognize her.

Thank you.

And with this sweet,

Humming,

Peaceful feeling inside of your being,

I'd like you to very slowly open your eyes.

Keep the feeling with you.

It feels like a soft hum in your fingers.

Like a sweet,

Soft song of peace inside of your body.

And even though you have your eyes open and you're starting to take in the world around you,

Your familiar objects,

The light maybe coming through the window,

Light and play and get busy,

Do everything that you need to do.

See if you can keep a hold of that song,

That humming,

Peaceful feeling inside throughout your day today and see if it can make it sweeter.

Namaste,

My friends.
