Let's do a quick get back into your heart space,
Feel good meditation together.
Close down your eyes and sit comfortably,
Straighten your spine,
Pull your shoulders down away from your ears,
Relax your jaw and just start to breathe more intentionally,
Breathe slower and calmer,
Try pacing your breath for about a three to four second breath on the inhale and the exhale,
This will allow you to start to feel more centered and focused,
Letting go of everything around you for a little while,
Bringing you back into a more secure,
Controlled place in your body and your mind,
Just by slowing down your breath,
Becoming more intentional with your breathing,
Bring your focus and attention into your breath being pulled down into your heart space,
What I mean by that is feel and see inside of your mind,
Your breath traveling into the center of your chest,
Right there between your ribs,
Feel your breath traveling to that part of your body,
Your heart space,
The center of your chest where your heart chakra lies,
Connect to the feeling of your physical heart at the same time,
Feel the distance between your heart space and your physical heart as you breathe,
Start to imagine that you're breathing into that whole circumference,
That whole space in your upper chest,
See a focal point in the middle of your chest,
Pick something that you would like to envision that sat right there in your heart space,
Today for me I see a red poppy in the middle of my chest and my breath is like water and sunshine to that area of my body,
So as I breathe in,
I breathe in life force from the Sun,
Oxygen,
Energy,
I breathe in and feed the poppy there in the center of my heart space,
When I breathe out I imagine I'm letting go of any unwanted negative energy,
Darkness,
Any clouds,
Shade,
Anything that would stop my poppy from blooming and being healthy and happy in the sunshine,
So I'm breathing in the positivity into my own body and I'm breathing out any negative energy that doesn't serve me,
That doesn't serve my heart,
The energy and the life force of the center of my being,
Try and do this as you breathe in your nice long deep breaths,
Feeding your body and your mind,
Bringing your heart back into a nice loving pure state of being,
Where your poppy can grow and bloom and feel healthy and happy,
Keep breathing in for the beat of four seconds,
Breathing out nice and slow,
Letting go of everything else in your world right now,
It's just you in this moment,
Feeding your heart,
Calming your mind,
Allow the visions of whatever it is that's there in your heart center to look healthy and happy and flourishing,
Seeing that as a simple representation of your state of being right now,
Allow your body to feel good,
Let a sense of all is well run through your body,
One final nice long slow deep breath,
Opening your eyes,
Bringing yourself back into your space,
