My name is Kori,
Let's do this meditation together.
Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight.
Make sure that your sit bones and everything else is going to be comfortable for the duration of the meditation.
So use a pillow if you need to.
Once you've adjusted and everything feels good to go,
Close your eyes and pull your attention to the inner.
Focus first on the sensations in your chest as you breathe in and out.
Watch the subtle movements of your body.
Use this focus to start to slow down your reality.
Taking nice,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Don't strain the breath too much,
Making it uncomfortably slow or deep.
Just take the breath to a pace that feels as if it's initiating relaxation in your body.
Slowing down your world.
Breathe and feel just for a few minutes.
Notice the sensations on the outside of your skin,
The temperature of the room.
Notice your internal temperature.
Notice the different sensations that are starting to be more dominant in your body.
Maybe you can feel your ankles on the surface of the ground if you're seated in a certain way.
Maybe there's a strain in your back.
Notice all the places your body draws and pulls at your attention and just allow yourself to go there.
It's all part of the slowing down.
Which part of your body that your mind takes you to?
If there's any discomfort,
Imagine that you're breathing in some love,
Some relaxation to those parts of your body.
Giving them a little bit of kindness and attention while we do this process.
Anyway,
Just reduce your depth andch Technologies.
Also,
At the same time,
See if you can relax different parts of your body.
As you breathe in,
You'll notice the space,
Different areas of your face.
If you're following the sensations of your breath,
Try and relax all the muscles in your face.
Soften the space around your eyes.
Check that your jaw is not tense and tight.
Let your shoulders get heavy as you breathe out.
Right now,
For this meditation,
All you're doing is using body awareness.
You're not thinking about the rest of your day or the rest of the world.
Your point of focus and attention is on all the different sensations in your body and your breath.
Once you feel everything is settled and calmer,
Let's just try and do nothing.
There's no intention to this meditation.
There's no visualizations.
Let's just do nothing.
Let's be with ourselves,
Doing absolutely nothing.
Just sit.
Try and be as still as you possibly can.
Breathe.
And let your mind do whatever it needs to do.
If you feel that your attention is going into a thought that you don't want to get attached to,
Stop yourself each time with pulling your attention fully back into your physical body.
Maybe just focus on your fingertips.
Feel the different sensations as you breathe.
Imagining that,
You're here to just do nothing.
To just be.
Just sit in with the quiet.
Sit in stillness.
Just being alive.
Thank you.
