My name is Kari.
Let's meditate together.
We're going to do,
Let's do a yummy meditation today to get some self-recognition on who you are.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.
Relax your shoulders.
Slow down your breathing.
Starting to communicate with your body that it's time to meditate.
All your normal cues,
Relax your face,
Relax your eyes.
Just allow your breath to send that signal to your body,
To soften.
Slow down.
It's time to be still and quiet.
And as you slow down your breathing,
See if you can pause on the empties of your breath.
So as you exhale and you're completely empty,
Just pause there for a few seconds and feel into it.
And as you inhale on the fullness,
Just pause at the top for a few seconds.
And this pause,
This sitting in this fullness and emptiness,
The silence of the in-betweens of your breath will help you to relax more and start to get into a different brain frequency,
Going from beta to alpha quicker by just focusing on those silences in between the breath.
Consciously,
Just travel through your body and feel where you're at in this moment.
Check in with any tight spots or heaviness.
Just do a sweep,
Soft,
Gentle sweep through your body and feel where you're at.
Adjust your body if you need to.
So that you come back to the center.
Completely comfortable.
And then let's go on a journey.
Staring out into that space there in front of you.
Recognizing that it's big,
Vast,
Wide,
Open space.
And we can go and travel anywhere we want to in this space.
Using your imagination and the play that you can play with your visions,
Your thoughts.
Just use your imagination.
And imagine that just a couple of steps there in front of you,
You have your 10 steps going down.
Ready to go on a journey.
Take a couple of steps forward in your mind and then stop at the top of those 10 steps.
Whether these are new steps to you,
Or they feel familiar,
Looking down at your feet,
First of all,
Make sure that you're barefoot so that you can feel that top step underneath your feet.
Just whittle your toes and connect.
Notice what your staircase looks like as you peer down the 10 steps there in front of you.
The staircase can look like stairs that you have at home,
Or maybe in the past.
Or maybe today your staircase is brand new and it looks however it wants to look.
Notice whether your stairs are carpeted or tiled or wooden.
Maybe they're grass,
Whatever.
Peering down the 10 steps,
There is a door at the bottom of the 10 steps.
You might be able to see it from the top,
You might not.
I'll explain the door when we get down there.
For now,
What I'd like you to do is allow your body to just kind of float down these stairs with me when I start to count.
Allow your body to soften.
Notice that your body will feel heavier,
Relaxed,
Very comfortable with every step.
Starting at the top,
10,
9,
8,
Feel the steps as you step down,
7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Stepping forward a couple of steps so you're right there in front of the door I mentioned.
Pay attention to your door.
Just check it out.
What does it look like for you today?
What does it feel like?
What do you sense?
If you're not seeing a door at this point,
Then a cool trick is to just imagine that you're standing in front of your own front door at home.
You've been there many times before,
So you'll recognise it in your mind.
The way that your door looks,
The door handle,
The doorknob.
Look down at your feet and notice what's underneath your feet.
Maybe there's a welcome mat,
Maybe it's concrete.
This door is going to lead you into a room.
The room can have many different things in it,
But there's one thing inside of the room and that is a wall on the left that is all mirror.
Everything else about the room could be whatever your imagination wants it to be when we get inside,
So just stay open-minded.
But there is a wall of mirrors on the left,
So it's like walking into a room where it's just a full mirror over on the left.
Everything else will let it be whatever it wants to be.
We're going to go through the door.
When I say one,
We'll open the door.
When I say two,
You'll walk through the doorway.
And when I say three,
You're going to close the door behind you and find yourself in that room with the mirror over there on the left.
One,
Two,
Three.
First of all,
Just look down at your feet.
Connect to the ground that you're standing on in your special room.
Feel the ground underneath your bare feet so that you feel grounded and safe and stable in this place.
And look up and look over to your right and observe whatever it is over there that you sense or see.
Look around your room and then walk over to the mirror and take a look at yourself.
Just observe what you look like.
Do not try and change anything.
Just be.
Just be.
Maybe you look exactly the way that you normally look.
Maybe you look younger.
Maybe you look older.
Maybe you look very different.
Just look at yourself.
Place your hands down by your sides if they're not there already.
Just face the mirror.
If you need to step closer,
Then step closer.
I need you in front of the mirror so that you can see directly into your own eyes.
Stare into your own eyes.
Stare deeply to the point where you feel as if you could fall into your own eyes.
Just keep staring.
Stare into your own eyes with your eyes closed.
So close your eyes in your mind,
Even though your eyes are physically closed in your other reality.
Now close your eyes in your journey reality,
But still use your third eye to stare through as if you're looking at your eyes still.
But know that your eyes are closed,
And as your eyes are closed,
There is a metamorphosis going on inside of your body,
A transformation.
I'd like you to not think too much about it,
But just feel the tingles in your fingertips.
Feel the life in your fingertips,
And know that there is a transformation taking place.
The cells are shifting and changing.
There's a rearranging.
What's happening is,
Even though you have your eyes closed,
When you open your eyes in a few moments,
When I tell you to,
You will recognize the sole aspect of yourself in the mirror,
But you're not going to peek.
You're just going to.
Imagine that you're still staring just at your own eyes,
Diving into the pool of them,
But at the same time,
You can feel all these tingles in your body,
Shifts and changes.
The metamorphosis is taking place,
Rearranging cells and light particles inside of you.
But when I count to three in just a few moments,
When you imagine that you're opening your eyes in the journey reality,
You'll be able to see who you are from the soul perspective.
On the count of three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Just let yourself be however you want to show yourself.
Let your soul show you.
And know that this aspect of yourself that you can see,
That you can sense,
That you can feel is connected to all that is.
God,
Sauce,
Light.
You're reflecting an aspect of that right now in the mirror.
So much bigger.
Also know that whatever it is that you're seeing,
Whether you look exactly the same,
Or whether you look different,
Whatever it is that you're seeing is a perception that your mind feels comfortable with.
So even if you look brilliantly light,
Bright,
Even if you look just like you regularly do,
Your mind is showing you what it knows you will feel comfortable with.
But trust me,
You're even more than this.
Your mind is only capable of what it can accept.
You're even bigger than this.
Even brighter than this.
If you are an aspect of everything,
How would God show you that?
How could he show you that you are all that you desire already?
You're all of the animals,
You're all of the plants,
You're the sky,
You're the ocean,
You're all of humanity,
You're all of the stars,
You're all of the other beings that live on the other planets.
You're an aspect of all of that.
Yet you're everything.
And it isn't a judgment,
But we forget this.
We forget how big,
How vast we are.
And that's part of the human experience.
Just to remember,
To have glimpses where we see that truth,
So that we can have courage,
So that we can feel safe in our body,
So that we can remember that we can cope.
We are everything that we want already.
We just have to remember.
And that being said,
If you could take a big deep breath and just breathe it all in,
Breathe it as deep as you possibly can,
So that you can take it back with you today,
And it can stay with you for a while.
It's not gonna stay with you forever,
Because reality will zap it up.
And before you know it,
You'll be back in life.
But just take the biggest,
Deepest breaths.
Breathe this knowledge in while we're here for a few minutes.
Just breathe it in,
Pull it into yourself.
Try and encapsulate it into your memory.
So you don't forget.
So it's there when you really,
Really need it.
How big you are.
And then I'd like you to imagine that you're opening your eyes,
Your journey eyes in the room,
And you can see yourself in the mirror again.
You can see you,
Beautiful you.
All the scars,
The dimples,
All the frettles,
The stretch marks,
Whatever you have,
It's you.
And then,
Imagine that you're coming back through the door.
You're closing the door behind you.
And you can turn and look up the 10 steps.
We're going to come back up the 10 steps together.
And then when we get to the top,
You can open your physical eyes and come back into this reality.
Coming back up the steps.
One,
Two,
Three,
Feel them underneath your feet.
So it feels like you're literally coming back up.
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
10.
Opening your eyes and coming back into this space.
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath.
Breathe out.
And so it is.
And so it is,
My friends.
Namaste.
