You can do this meditation during your lunch break at work if you need to just plug in and listen to something inspiring.
Or you can do it last thing at night before you go to bed.
Even if you fall asleep listening to the meditation,
The information will seep into your subconscious mind and help you to start to re-script the way that you feel about yourself.

Make sure that you're comfortable.
Pull your shoulders down away from your ears and relax your jaw.
Take a nice big deep breath in to change the energy in your body.
Breathe out and release.
Let go.
As if you're cleaning the energy within you with your breath.
Do that a couple of times for me and then close your eyes.
