Adjust your body and come to a comfortable seated position.
Straighten your spine,
Soften your chin down towards your chest slightly and close your eyes.
Start by seeing if you can stay as still as possible.
Don't twitch,
Don't move.
Sit in the stillness and let your body start to adjust into that vibration.
So you may have been moving around,
You may have been busy,
Now it's time to just be very very still.
Starting to create some inner peace and awareness in the stillness.
When we're still we can feel and when we feel we become more aware of what's happening inside of our bodies,
Inside of our minds.
So let's just be still.
Breathe normally.
The only thing that you should be moving is your chest as it rises and falls with your breath.
Pay attention to these subtle movements inside of your body.
Very very subtle.
Pulling away from the world around you.
Your awareness is just on your breath and the subtlest movements that your breath is causing.
Pull your awareness to that slight concave in the center of your chest.
That space between the rib cage right next to your physical heart.
Imagine that space.
See that space in your mind as an opening.
Like an entryway into something very special.
Inside of that space,
With your eyes closed,
Imagine the smallest flicker of light.
Like a tiny tiny flame on a candle.
So small.
Barely there,
If you weren't paying attention you would miss it.
But as you peer into that space in the middle of your chest,
You see it there.
The tiniest light.
This light is constant.
It's always there.
Sometimes it's bigger.
Sometimes it's even smaller than its current size.
But know that this light is always present right there in the middle of your chest.
It chooses to be there in that part of your being because your heart center is your balance.
It's the platform between material and non-material.
The upper and lower worlds.
The male and the female energies.
Spiritual and non-spiritual.
Your heart center is the point inside of you that creates balance between all of those things.
Your light is an indication of your current consciousness's vibration.
So sometimes when you're feeling happy,
Joyful,
Enlightened,
More aware,
Your light shines brighter,
Bigger.
It has more magnetism,
More electricity,
A faster,
More frequent vibration.
And when you're sad or experiencing emotions of lower vibrations such as anger,
Jealousy,
Frustration,
Your light will dim.
Your vibration will become slower,
Denser.
Your energy will radiate a different kind of frequency.
If you want to make your light shine brighter and be more consciously aware of your vibration and your energy,
A good practice is to bring your conscious breath into that light in the center of your chest.
By using intention with your breath,
By encouraging the flow of your breath to enter in the center of your chest,
By slowing everything down in your world and consciously breathing into your heart,
You can balance out the material,
The non-material,
The male,
The female,
The spiritual,
The non-spiritual,
All the different aspects of your being just by coming back to the center of your chest.
Breathing into that tiny light flickering away in your heart space.
And now to consciously breathe down into your heart,
Knowing that every breath that you breathe in fuels the light,
Intensifies the light.
Bring in the breath with the energy of love,
Joy,
Compassion,
Balance,
Harmony,
Whatever energy you want to put on that breath that you bring into your being.
Use a positive intention,
Breathe it into the light in the center of your chest.
Watch the light grow in your mind's eye and then as you exhale,
Soften your shoulders and surrender into the change in your vibration.
Again breathe in with the intention,
Bringing positive energy into your light,
Brightening your light,
Intensifying your light and breathe out and surrender into the change that's happening within you.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Sit with your spine straight,
Your shoulders are soft,
Your jaw is relaxed.
See if you can conjure up an internal smile that sends a happy vibration throughout your being and just breathe.
Throughout this practice,
Be aware of the subtle changes in your body.
What emotions,
What sensations are flowing through your body.
When you get to the point where you feel good,
Where you feel balanced,
Happy,
In a place of joy,
Then you can stop this meditation practice and go about your day.
Sit for as long as you need to,
To bring yourself into the heart vibration,
The vibration of oneness,
The vibration of unconditional love and compassion for all beings,
For all things.
