
How Good It Can Get
Breathe in divine light, breathe out heaviness. This uplifting meditation uses the mantra “Thank you for showing me how good it can get” to raise your frequency, fill your body with light, and leave you feeling happier, lighter, and deeply connected to the divine.
Transcript
You can sit in a comfortable position for me.
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
Let's get started with going inside.
Let's take our focus and attention inside.
Start to feel your chest and your lungs as you breathe.
Notice when you breathe in through your nose what it feels like,
The sensation as you breathe down your nose,
Down into your lungs,
Across your chest.
Feel the expansion as you breathe in.
Feel it as you breathe out.
Start to slow down your world by focusing on your breath.
Everything's starting to get quiet and peaceful.
You can notice the noise around you,
Just the tiny little everyday noises,
Whatever's happening in your space,
And then bring your attention back in.
Start to breathe into the top of your head.
So how you would do that is imagine in your mind,
Also physically follow your breath.
Start to communicate with your breath internally by just telling it,
Okay,
It's like we're breathing to the head,
And you pull in your breath in through your nose,
And you push it and direct it into the top of your head.
Just play with that for the next few breaths,
Breathing in your breath,
Sending it upwards,
And see it in your mind going to the left side of your brain,
As if you're bringing in what looks like smoke or a cloud,
And you can actually physically see it,
And bring it into the right side of your brain.
On your next breath in,
Let your air,
Let the air that you're breathing just kind of circulate around all of the inside of your head,
As if it's going around in circles.
See if you can play with it like that in your mind.
Push it around clockwise,
Pull it to the back of your head,
Push it to the left,
To the front,
To the right.
It's a very unusual sensation,
See if you can do it for the next couple of breaths.
Your eyes may kind of follow it,
Actually if you let your eyes follow it,
It helps with the sensation of it.
You'll notice if you can do this kind of breathing,
Like this circular head breathing,
Where you let your eyes follow the circle,
And you do it nice and slow,
You'll notice that you'll get yourself into a quick trance state this way.
What I mean by that is,
Your vibration inside of your body will change quite quickly,
You'll start to relax deeply,
And you'll start to feel as if you're lifting up.
Your body will start to feel lighter,
As if you're being pulled upwards.
If the sensation feels good for you,
Keep doing it,
If it doesn't feel good for you,
Then just regularly breathe,
But keep in mind that you're breathing into that space,
In your head,
In your mind,
And then you're releasing.
Maybe if the sensation of circles doesn't feel good for you,
When you breathe into your head,
Imagine that your head is expanding,
And the crown chakra is opening,
So you're making space inside of your head,
And that creates a sense of lightness within your body.
If you can visualize it,
Visualize it.
If you can feel it,
Feel it.
If you just need to know it,
Have a sense of knowing that that's what you're doing,
And that's your psychic connection,
Then do that.
But if you can feel it,
And see it,
And know it,
Then combine all three psychic abilities,
And just watch your breath do its magic,
Opening up this part of your body,
Either with circles,
Or with expansion.
And let yourself start to lift,
Let yourself feel as if your shoulders are slightly lifting,
Your spine is stretching and getting longer,
Your head and your neck are expanding upwards.
If you felt like you had a straight spine before,
You'll definitely start to feel your spine straighten now.
It's like you elongate,
Body starts to get lighter and lighter.
That's us connecting higher,
We're changing the frequency in our body,
So that we can raise the vibration.
And when we raise the vibration,
That raises the emotions and the thoughts and the feelings,
The quality of them,
The type of them that goes on inside of our mind.
So by raising your vibration,
You raise your frequency into a happier,
Brighter,
More expansive place.
That's our goal,
Just by changing your breath like this.
You don't have to do anything fancy,
We don't have to go on a journey.
Your breath is boss,
And I say this many times with you,
Your breath is the ruler,
And it does so many things for us.
So keep doing your circles,
Keep feeling lighter,
Expanding higher and higher,
And then start to just let your breath fall into the background,
And bring your attention down into your toes.
So keep doing your breath,
But let it fall into the background as if it's just automatically keeping with that pace.
Feel into your toes,
And let the bubbles and the vibration and the energy in your toes start to expand.
Really tune in and get quiet so that you can feel inside of your feet.
And when you can connect to that sensation,
Start to see it in your mind expanding,
Like the bubbles are becoming more active,
The frequency and the vibration in your feet is getting faster,
And as it gets faster,
It gets lighter,
And you'll start to feel the sensation of that stronger.
So see if you can make that tingling,
That very subtle feeling inside of your feet,
That life force that you can feel.
See if you can multiply it and make it stronger.
We're going to raise our frequency today so that we feel good all day,
Whether we are going through situations that are uncomfortable,
Whether we're going through the world alone at the moment,
Amen to that brothers and sisters if you are,
Because it's an opportunity for us to find more love for ourselves.
Whatever it is that you're going through,
Let's raise our vibration so that we can smile,
We can feel the best of what the world can bring us.
My mantra at the moment is thank you.
Sounds so simple,
But it feels so good in my body.
It's thank you for showing me how good it can get.
Say that to yourself a few times.
Thank you for showing me how good it can get.
This mantra says so many things.
You're grateful for all the good that you already have.
You're grateful that you're allowed to stop and smell the roses and see it,
But you're also open and expansive to be shown as good as this life can get.
I mean,
This life can get good,
Right?
Thank you for showing me how good it can get.
I'm actually doing this come hither motion with my hands as I say it.
Like,
Bring it on guys,
Bring it on source,
Bring it on universe.
I'm ready to be shown how good it can get.
And I'm already saying thank you.
I'm already in a space of gratitude and appreciation for everything I already have,
Which is wonderful.
Let's get back into feeling our toes.
Feel your feet.
They're breaking free and they're just expansive and growing.
Imagine that your hands are doing the same.
So take your focus and attention onto your hands.
Feel your fingers tingling.
Really tune in to the sensation in your body,
That life.
Sometimes you can really,
Really feel it if you hold your breath.
Hold your breath,
Go still completely.
And tune into that tingling sensation in your hands and your fingers.
Now let that tingling get stronger.
Let your body get even lighter.
It's like all of your body is lifting and vibrating,
Rising higher and higher.
As if you're being called to the light,
Called to source.
Let your body lift up,
Open.
You can see in your mind as if there's an imaginary radio station button there and you're trying to tune in to a different vibration.
Imagine that you're turning that radio station button as part of your being and you're making it go to the highest vibrational channel.
What would that music sound like to you?
What would your body sound like?
What would it feel like?
It would feel like light.
Bright,
Maybe white or golden or violet.
Maybe it'd sound like angels singing.
That kind of music that makes you get goosebumps.
Let your whole being be that frequency.
Because you are in charge of you.
You are the boss of your body.
And your breath is magical.
Your breath can do this for you.
And when your whole body feels light,
See if you can just float.
Just float in a bubble of peace.
There's nothing there.
Just this feeling of joy,
Peace.
You can feel it in your chest.
You can feel it in your throat.
It feels like love,
Actually.
It feels like a little bit giddy,
Like butterflies.
Just let your whole body get butterfly-y.
Maybe there's a warmth that goes along with that feeling.
A little bit of heat created in your body with this high frequency.
Just float in that peace.
Maybe you can feel the connection.
And you know that you're not alone.
Just enjoy the connection.
A lot of the time our body feels a lot heavier than this.
Enjoy this difference,
The feeling.
The fact that you're aware of this feeling.
The space.
Using your imagination.
How would you close in the divine?
How would you close in Source?
So that it stays with you before we come back to ground.
Do you want to imagine that you're wrapping a big bubble around you and you keep all that light,
That high frequency inside you today?
Let your imagination play.
Whatever comes to your mind,
Play with it.
But your intention is to seal in that light.
Seal in this frequency,
This high vibration.
It makes you feel really just peaceful like you could handle anything today.
Imagine that in your mind.
I'll give you a few moments and then we're going to come back.
Just seal in the deal,
Seal it in.
I'm going to count to five and as I count to five,
I'd like you to imagine that your whole body is coming back down into a grounded seated position just like you were before we started.
So allow yourself to feel that sense of shifting in frequency.
So that you're nice and grounded and solid.
You're in your body for the day.
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Feel your sit bones on your chair.
Feel connected to your body,
Maybe whittle your fingers.
Take a nice,
Big,
Deep,
Quite aggressive breath.
Breathe in nice and deep through your nose and then breathe out with some pressure.
With a bit of a puff,
Breathe it out.
And then when you feel comfortable,
Open your eyes and come back into the space with me.
