
Healing Garden - Guided Practice
If you want to relax, heal, improve your life, this guided meditation is perfect for you. The meditation will also help you connect with your inner world friends.
Transcript
It's time to lay down and get comfortable.
Close your eyes if you haven't done so already.
This is your time to relax,
To go inside,
To go on a journey.
Make sure that you're completely comfortable and start by focusing on your breath.
Just breathe your normal breathing,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Use your breath to become more aware of your body.
Notice as your breath makes your chest rise when you breathe in and fall when you breathe out.
Allow your body to relax every time you breathe out.
Start to let go of any tension,
Any stress.
Then mindfully lengthen your breath,
Breathing in longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths.
Start to use your mind and imagine the breath moving down through your throat,
Down into your lungs.
Take your breath deeper down into your tummy,
All the way down past your navel.
Use your mind and see your breath going all the way down,
Past your hips,
Down into your stomach,
All the way down to your toes.
Focus on your feet and allow your feet to start to relax.
Relax your ankles,
The base of your feet,
Your toes.
Just let them get heavy and relax.
Move your focus and attention up into your calf muscles and relax your calf muscles,
Your knees,
Your thighs.
Let your legs get heavy and soften and relax.
Your hips,
Your lower back,
Your abdomen,
All relax.
Relax the muscles across your chest when you breathe out,
Let the muscles fall and release.
Allow the relaxation to roll down over your shoulders,
Down into your arms,
Down into your elbows,
All the way down to your fingertips so that your arms completely relax.
Let go of any tension that you might be holding in the back of your neck and across the back of your shoulders.
Just breathe it out and let it go.
Focus on the space in the top of your head and allow all of your hair follicles to relax.
Allow the scalp to relax.
Let the relaxation rolling down over your forehead,
Over your temples,
Your eyes,
Cheeks,
Jaw.
Let all the muscles in your face soften and relax.
As your eyes relax,
Allow them to roll back slightly and stare into the space,
The darkness there in front of you,
Right there in the middle of your forehead.
Use your imagination and imagine that you're taking a couple of steps forward until you stand at the top of a staircase going down.
Look down at your feet and notice the ground that you're standing on.
Be aware of what your steps are made of today.
Grass,
Tile,
Carpet,
Whatever they are.
Looking to your left and looking to your right,
Start to allow your imagination to create your staircase.
Maybe there's walls on either side,
Railings,
Pictures.
Maybe it's a wide open space that's just dark and empty and spacious.
Your stairs may look the same or they may look different every time you visit.
We're going to go down the stairs starting with your left foot and by the time you've got to the bottom of the steps,
You'll be more relaxed and in a much deeper state of trance.
Ten,
Nine,
Eight.
Feel the steps underneath your feet.
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Take a couple of steps forward.
There in the space in front of you is a door waiting for you to go through today.
I'd like you to make sure that you're standing directly in front of that door and just like the stairs,
It may look different every time you come.
What does your door look like today?
Start to become very observant.
Notice the color,
The size.
Notice if there's a door knob on the left or the right side of the door.
If there's windows or panels,
What's around the door?
Look down at your feet and notice the ground.
Is there a welcome mat or is it concrete or grass?
Let your imagination start to open up.
Let your third eye start to come into focus.
In just a few moments,
We're going to go through that door and on the other side of the door is a garden,
A very quiet,
Peaceful,
Special place.
I'm going to count to three.
When I say one,
You'll open the door.
When I say two,
You'll walk through the doorway and on three,
You'll close the door behind you and find yourself in this special,
Beautiful garden.
One,
Two,
Three.
Look down at your feet and notice the ground that you're standing on and then look up and look over to your left.
Look to let your third eye see whatever it can see over there on the left side of your garden.
Look forward and look to your right.
Look all around you.
This is your special place.
This is your sanctuary,
A place where you become more spiritually aware every time you visit.
You're safe here.
The only beings that ever visit this garden are high vibrational loving beings of light.
Your friends,
Your guides,
Your angels,
Your masters,
All of the friends on the inner world are all loving beings,
High vibrational beings.
That's only people that you'll ever see here in this garden.
Know that you're safe.
On the other side of the garden,
Way,
Way deep into the middle,
There is a bench,
A bench that you will like to go to every time you visit.
The bench is a welcoming place,
A place where you can sit and communicate with your friends on the inner world.
I'd like you to start to walk through the garden and feel the earth underneath your feet.
Just walk wherever your heart wants to take you.
There's flowers and trees and it smells sweet and clean.
The day is always warm and perfect with a slight breeze in the air.
You always feel secure and safe and very balanced when you come here.
It's a magical place,
A place where you can sit and allow all of the energies of your creative self to start to wake up.
It's a place where all of the self-expression that you need to wake up starts to bubble and energize inside of you.
Just being in this space is magical to you.
This place feeds your heart,
Makes you feel whole and happy.
It gives you incentive to feed your heart on a daily basis.
Just walking through the gardens allows you to create and attract energies that will help you with all of your desires.
Your desires to sing,
Your desires to play music,
Your desires to have more self-worth,
Self-love,
Motivation,
Inspiration,
Everything comes to you in this place.
You're almost at the bench.
When you get there,
I'd like you to take a seat.
This is the place where all of your inner world friends will come and talk to you.
Sometimes you'll visit the garden and they'll be sat on the bench waiting for you.
And sometimes you'll be able to just sit and be in this energy,
This peaceful,
Safe place and allow them to start to communicate with you from far away.
It will be different every time you come.
Keep your mind and your heart open to all of the possibilities of this beautiful,
Magical Zen garden.
Just sit in this space and allow the energies of all of the life force around you to start to enter your body.
The energy from the earth,
The energy from the sky,
The plants,
The trees,
The flowers,
All starts to penetrate through your skin,
Into your cells,
Your organs,
Your bones.
It starts to heal your body,
To fill you with energy.
It makes you feel light and energized and free and healthy and happy and whole.
Just sitting on this bench helps you to release all the heaviness that you hold in your body.
Every breath that you take,
Every time you breathe out,
You release any heaviness that you hold in your body.
Every breath that you breathe in,
You feel the life force coming into you,
Healing you,
Energizing you.
Breathe nice,
Deep,
Long breaths and let go of the stagnant energy that you're holding inside.
Breathe in the freedom and the health and the happiness.
Allow the energy to penetrate into your throat and open your throat chakra,
Healing that part of your body,
Allowing you to speak your truth,
Speak your mind,
Allowing you to be authentic with your word.
Keep your mind open and your heart open to receiving visitors at any time,
Coming forward to communicate with you,
To talk to you,
To help you and guide you.
Look for colors and shapes,
Look for spirits,
Beings,
Animals,
Whatever form they want to take to come and communicate with you,
Keep your mind open and ready to receive.
Sit here and be here for as long as you need to.
