Journey inward through the sacred cycle of life—beginning as a seed in the soil, rising into a tree nourished by light and water, and ultimately returning to the earth to begin again. This guided meditation invites you to experience yourself as both creator and creation, reminding you that all aspects of the universe live within you, and you live within them. As you move through the cycle of becoming, you’ll reconnect with your power of choice—moment to moment—how you wish to feel, live, and show up in this world. Grounding, inspirational, and deeply empowering, this meditation is a remembrance of who you are and who you choose to be.

My name is Cori,

As you know.

But if it's the first time you're listening to me,

My name is Cori.

I am a therapist and spiritual teacher sharing with you some knowledge and wisdom that you can resonate with or let go of.

Let's do a meditation about seeing the universe within,

Who you are,

The real version of who you are,

As we move forward into this next chapter.

With your eyes closed,

Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.

Connect with your sit bones for a few seconds and just feel the solidity of whatever it is that's underneath your tush,

That's underneath your bum.

Whether it's the chair,

The ground,

The sofa.

Feel it underneath your sit bones.

Feel it holding you,

Supporting you.

And allow your body to relax into it just a little bit more.

Let yourself get heavy,

But keep your spine nice and straight.

And with a straight spine,

See if you can drop your shoulders down away from your ears.

So you get that sense of relaxation.

Just pushing through a little bit of tension that you might be holding around the back of your neck,

Across your shoulders on the back.

Just relax your shoulders down.

Start to slow your breathing down.

If you haven't done so already,

Take longer,

Slower,

Deeper breaths.

Imagine in your mind that you're sat on the dirt outside,

Crisscross applesauce.

You're sat on the soil.

There's no grass.

It's just dark,

Rich,

Minerally dirt.

At first,

You're sat on the surface like a seed,

Just being dropped there.

You can feel the soil underneath your sit bones.

It's soft.

It gives a little bit,

But it still feels solid.

Your whole body is like this little seed and it's just being pushed under the surface.

So now you're encapsulated in the soil.

Imagine in your mind,

It feels like a nice warm blanket that's just being laid around the back,

Across your shoulders,

Around the top of your head,

Like a cloak of soil.

And you're kind of balled up like a seed.

Comfortable,

Warm and relaxed in there.

See if you can smell the earth.

There's a damp,

Like a richness.

It smells a little bit like mushrooms to me.

That earthy kind of smell.

Can you smell it?

Can you feel and sense how silent it is in there?

As if you're back in the womb.

See if you can connect to your heartbeat.

Hold your breath and go still and feel it inside of your chest.

You're alive.

And just like your heartbeat,

The pitter patter,

The thump inside of your body,

There's a pitter patter of rain starting to fall above your head.

In your mind's eye,

You pull down the hood of your cloak and allow the rain to start to fall on the top of your head and down over your face.

Let it run down over your shoulders,

Seeping through the soil down your back,

Down to your sit bones,

Pooling around the base of your spine,

Under your legs and your feet.

And you start to feel this urgency to stand tall and push up through the soil.

And as you stand,

All the soil falls,

Your cloak falls off your shoulders,

Falls into the dirt and you stand tall.

And allow the rain to fully cover your entire body.

It's warm outside,

But the rain feels cool and refreshing all over you.

Like you're seeking it.

Your body feels as if it's stretching taller,

Trying to get closer to it.

And then the warmth starts to feel more dominant.

And the rain slows down and the sun comes out.

You can feel it burning in a nice way.

Down onto the top of your head.

Lifting your face up to the light.

Let it pour down over your face and your shoulders.

As if your whole body started to be renewed and cleansed and purified by this process.

Allow the sun to shine down on your heart center.

Once again,

Pause your breath and connect to your heartbeat.

Open your palms and let the sun shine down onto your open hands as if you're receiving this light.

Let your body stretch more as if you're growing taller and taller.

Allowing your authentic reaction to stretching up towards the sun,

Getting closer to the light.

The part of your soul that seeks the light.

Let it get taller and taller.

Imagine that you're starting to sprout your branches so that you can receive more light.

Branch after branch,

Coming from your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your head.

Spreading out wide,

All different directions.

And on those branches there's tiny little buds that start to open and produce leaves.

Even more space to receive the light.

It feels really good to just let it soak down on all of you.

Keep spreading your branches.

Keep opening,

Exploring,

Reaching up towards the sun.

In its full glory.

Growing taller and taller,

As if you're like one of those tall trees in the Amazon that just keeps going up higher and higher,

Getting closer and closer.

And then nightfall comes.

The moon shines down on you.

Filling you with magnetism,

With yin energy,

Female energy from the moon.

Just breathing,

Allowing the light to shine on all that is you.

And within you,

There are particles from all that is.

The light,

The sun,

The moon,

You have particles that come from.

The ocean,

In the water.

Parts of you that contain other beings.

From the light,

From the ethos,

From all that is.

Everything is inside of you.

An aspect of you.

Imagine that you're connected to all the stars in a way.

All the planets.

Everything on this planet is a part of you.

It's all one big circular connection.

And within that circle of life,

There is oneness.

Following the circle of life,

You've come to a point where the water doesn't sustain you.

The light doesn't sustain you.

And you slowly start to decay.

You slowly start to fall back down to earth.

And as you lay on the soil where you first started,

Your body starts to join the particles of the soil.

The transformation of life form from one to another.

Where once again,

You just dissolve into the earth and become the dirt.

And from the dirt,

There's little aspects of you that are seeds that start all over again.

And it goes around and around and so it is.

The cycle of your experience of life here on earth.

The transformation back to the soul.

From the soul back to the body.

And it goes on and on.

And from moment to moment,

You have a choice of how that looks for you.

It's your creation.

This is your reality.

So when you think about who you want to be,

Know that you have full power of that creation.

You are the entire universe just waiting to be created.

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Breathe out through your mouth with a sigh of relief and acceptance of that knowledge.

Let's do that again.

A nice,

Big,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Breathe all the way down through your body.

And on your release,

Really let it out.

And so it is.

And so it is.

And with that,

Slowly open your eyes.

Come back into your space.

Namaste,

My friends.
