
Feeling Your Chakras | Guided Meditation
This guided meditation was created with the intention of deepening your practice, advancing your awareness to a whole new level. Let me help you to feel your chakras. To become more in tune with the sensations of your energetically chakras in your physical body. Practice this meditation often so you can become more advanced in your spiritual practice!

My name is Kori,
Let's meditate together.
Sit down and get comfortable.
Straighten your spine.
Relax your hands on your knees or your lap.
Test your body so you know that you're going to be comfortable during the meditation.
But also know that it's not illegal to change positions halfway through.
You don't look like you're failing in your meditation practice if you have to change the way that your legs are seated because you've got pins and needles or something like that.
It's not a test.
The objective is to try and stay still and quiet so that you can observe more clearly and be aware of what's going on in your body more clearly.
But also I think it's an important practice to not be unkind to yourself if you feel like you need to adjust your body or change your legs or sit in a different way.
We're building up our meditation practice and over time,
Yes,
We may be able to sit without one single movement of anything in our body.
But along the journey as we get there,
Let's be kind to ourselves as we do it.
We make sure that the spine is nice and straight so that any information,
Any energy,
Any downloads,
Anything that needs to come to us during our meditation has a clear channel to travel through up and down the spinal column,
Passing along all the different chakras and energy centers as it does so.
Okay.
All that being said,
With your eyes closed,
Just start to become aware of your body.
Feel the different feelings inside of your body.
Slow your breathing down so that you can pay more attention.
The slower your breathing is,
The gentler,
More even-toned your breathing is.
You'll be able to notice everything inside and around you more clearly,
Easily.
You're also slowing down your breathing for the purpose of sending signals to the brain that you're calm,
You're safe,
You're relaxed.
In a way,
You could say you're starting to heal and balance your body just by breathing slower.
Put all your focus and attention down to the base of your spine.
Just check in with your sit bones.
Whether you can physically feel the sensations of where your chakras are in your body is or it isn't important.
If you can feel the location of your energy centers in your body,
Then you'll be aware just from your own feelings that your root chakra is down there at the base of the spine.
It's situated on the perineum between your sex organs and your anus.
Like your perineum is a seat for that chakra.
The placement of the chakra is slightly more in the back body.
It's not at the front.
It's more towards the back of your spine.
If you can't feel where that is,
That's okay.
If you could turn on a pod in your body,
If you can be aware of a sensation in your body,
That's where you're focusing.
You're focusing right there at the base of your spine.
You have your front body where you can feel everything on the surface of your body at the front.
And then you have your back body where you can feel everything from the back when you're laid down,
When you're sat down,
Or when you're seated.
You can sense the energy and the sensations in the back part of your body.
Check in with that area.
Put all of your focus and attention down there and imagine that you're seeing a deep red ball of light.
It could be about the size of your fist and it's placed there at the root,
The base of your spine.
And you're just checking in with your chakras today,
We're just seeing how they feel,
How they're doing.
So when you pull your attention in and you focus on the sensations in that part of your body,
Your objective with this meditation is just to feel.
What does it feel like?
Can you feel a fullness there as if you could feel the weight of that red,
Deep red ball?
Take a minute and see if you can tune in and feel a fullness in that part of your body.
What can help is if you just push down slightly,
Push down as if you're pushing down into the chair with the muscles that you have internally,
Your pelvic floor,
Just push down just the tiniest bit just to feel resistance in there.
And that may help you to achieve that sensation of fullness or heaviness.
In a second,
We're going to take a big deep breath.
The intention of that breath is to go all the way down to the root chakra,
Down into that red ball of energy.
And you're just going to give it a feeling of all is well.
There you go,
Like you're delivering a ball of health and vitality and all the good things in the world,
All with the one breath that we're going to do in a second.
So you checked in with your root chakra,
You felt the feelings in there.
And now you're going to take a breath,
Let's breathe a nice big deep breath.
See the breath in your mind going all the way down to that ball of red light,
That energy ball at the base of your spine.
And imagine you're just cradling and laying and holding with the energy of your breath,
With the deliverance of all is well.
There you go.
You look good today.
Yes.
Root chakra is working perfectly.
And then as you breathe out,
Give yourself the sensations of completion.
You just did a good job.
And so it is.
So we can move on to the second chakra.
Moving up to your sacral chakra,
Up just below your belly button.
So imagine in your mind you're traveling up,
Your focus and attention,
You're pulling it up your lower body,
Pulling it up your belly.
See in your mind about the size of your fist,
A ball of orange energy placed right there in your lower abdomen.
If you push your tummy out just a little bit,
As if you're pushing your tummy away from your spine,
Pushing the muscles away from your spine,
And then pull your muscles back,
It helps you to really distinguish the sensations in that part of your body.
Again,
Try and imagine that the orange energy ball has a weight to it,
Like a fullness to it.
And as you gently,
Just gently,
Maybe only like an inch,
Push out the muscles in your tummy,
Tense them up a little bit and push them out,
As if you're making room for that orange energy ball there.
See if you can get any kind of feeling of your sacral chakra from the back of your body.
We rarely do this,
We mostly tune in from the front.
But see if you can feel it from the back and imagine that the energy,
The fullness is just touching gently onto your spine from the front.
Just repeat,
Pushing out your tummy a little tiny bit,
See if you can feel the fullness in your body,
The presence of this ball of light.
You can see the energy ball spinning if you want to.
They spin as they attract thought particles.
It's working there,
It's healthy,
It's happy.
It's attracting all that it needs into your reality through the element of thought,
Of consciousness coming into your body.
Just take a big deep breath,
Once again a nice big deep breath with the intention of everything good flowing through your body down to your sacral chakra and then it gets there.
It surrounds and cradles and holds that ball of orange light and it delivers all is well,
Everything is good.
It's going to be a wonderful day.
Just feel all the goodness going into that part of your being and so it is.
Let's move our attention up to your solar plexus,
Traveling up into your upper tummy above your belly button,
Seated below your ribs.
If you push out your upper stomach just a little bit,
Push it out as if a gentle hand is pushing you from behind,
Pushing out that part of your body and then slowly draw the upper abdomen back in,
Create a little bit of tension in the muscles so that you can feel more of a weight,
More of a heaviness,
A presence of your solar plexus chakra.
See in your mind a bright yellow ball of energy about as big as your fist right there just between your ribs.
If you need to just gently push out once again.
Imagine that ball right there,
Seated close to your spine.
See if you can tune in with the sensations there in your body.
You know that the chakras are energetical,
They're not physical but when you become really aware of your body,
You start to feel the sensations in your energy body and your energy body is laid very closely to your physical body and that is how through practice we can achieve feeling the sensations of our chakras.
You can't cut your body open and see your chakras because they're energetical,
Right?
But that doesn't mean we can't feel them.
Taking in a nice big deep breath with all of the goodness that we need.
It's a wonderful day.
I'm so healthy and happy.
Everything is working perfectly well today.
All is well.
I feel peaceful.
Think of all the positive things that you could think of as you take that big deep breath and pull it down to your solar plexus,
The yellow energy ball there,
Right there above your belly button.
See your breath cradle,
Hug,
Surround that ball of energy,
Penetrate into that ball of energy,
All of your good thoughts.
Feel it.
Feel that that chakra is accepting all of that positivity and then and so it is.
Let's seal our activity with that powerful statement and so it is.
Bring your awareness into your heart center,
Middle of your chest.
In your mind,
See a ball of green light,
Green energy about the size of your fist right there in the center of your chest.
If you push slightly as if you're pushing through your ribs,
Pushing through the back,
Push as if you're expanding that part of your chest open like a flower opening to the sun.
That's right where you can sense and feel the energy,
The fullness and the heaviness of your heart chakra.
The easiest way to get in touch with the sensations of your heart chakra is to imagine that it's growing and expanding.
It's opening up your chest to the light.
You'll feel the expansion pulling up the front of your chest into your throat.
You'll feel it as if.
It's breaking through.
This is all very subtle.
It's not some big like crashing open kind of sensation.
So just take your time with it and see if you can really connect to those sensations.
See the green opening.
Imagine and then take a big deep breath in for me all the way down into your heart chakra.
Think about all of those good things in the world.
So much love,
So much joy.
Deliver that with your breath to your heart chakra.
See the breath cradle and hug and enter into the ball of light.
It's all good.
I love you so much.
I love the world.
I'm so grateful for this life experience.
Feel all that flooding into the energy ball.
And so it is.
Focus on your throat.
Swallow a couple of times so that you feel those sensations happening in your mouth and your throat area.
Focus on the middle of your throat.
If you push down with your tongue,
You can very gently just expand that part of your throat.
Focus and move different parts of your mouth around very subtly until you feel like a pressure,
A push or an expansion in the middle of your throat area.
See if you can find the place that makes you able to distinguish a sensation,
An actual feeling in that part of your throat.
Start to envision a ball of blue energy right there in your throat.
It's very easy for lots of people when they're focusing on the throat chakra to notice very subtle sensations of tightening or a feeling of wanting to swallow,
Maybe coughing or releasing.
That's when you know you're kind of getting in touch and in tune with energy that's there in your throat,
A chakra.
Now that you've connected to it,
We're going to breathe into it all of the goodness,
Right?
Slow throat chakra.
Oh yes,
It's going to be a wonderful day.
You can speak your truth all day long.
Speak comfortably.
Speak with confidence.
Communicate with love.
Imagine that your breath is bringing all of that goodness into your throat chakra and it's hugging it,
Soothing it,
Embracing it,
Sealing it.
It's sealing it so that your throat chakra is in a good place today.
See if you can feel that.
And so it is.
Now let's focus in the center of your forehead where your sixth chakra lies,
Your third eye.
In your mind,
Imagine a ball of indigo energy,
The color indigo right there in the center of your forehead.
Your third eye isn't actually at the front of your face.
It's more towards the back of your head.
So again,
This is another one like your root chakra where you can really sense that it's more towards the back body.
It's connected to your penile and your pituitary gland so it's further back into your brain.
That would be where the placement is.
We're going to try and connect to it energetically.
So seeing that ball of indigo light right there in the center of your head.
How you can connect to the sensation of your third eye is by rolling your eyes up and back slightly,
Creating tension in your eyes as if you're staring into the middle of your forehead.
You'll start to feel a pressure at the front of your head,
Which is okay because it's all connected.
Even though the placement of your third eye is further back,
It's energetical,
Remember?
So your energy at the front of your forehead can still connect to the energy at the back of your forehead.
It's all connected.
To really focus on the sensations at the front of your forehead,
It might feel like a strain,
Like a pulling.
See if you can feel with that strain and that pulling that's creating a slight tension in your head.
Imagine that tension is the fullness and the heaviness of your chakra.
Your eyes might flutter a little bit and that's okay.
Just keep pushing up and in the middle,
Towards the middle of your forehead slightly.
Feel that strain and that tightness and know that that's kind of what you're looking for when you're tuning into the feeling of the energy of your third eye chakra.
At first when you do lots of inner work with your third eye,
You can get lots of headaches,
Very normal,
But then your third eye becomes accustomed to being used more often and the headaches get less and less and less.
The tension,
The sensations get less and less and less.
So eventually you can work with your third eye frequently and not feel it like it's something that's uncomfortable.
But that first uncomfortable feeling will help you to detect where your third eye is,
Where it's situated.
We're going to take a big deep breath into our third eye,
That indigo energy ball.
Think of everything that's good.
I see all things clearly.
All is well.
Breathe all of that into your third eye.
See your third eye being hugged and embraced with love with your breath.
Feel it.
And so it is.
Finally moving up to the crown,
Your glorious crown.
Focus on the sensations at the top of your head,
Right where the soft part is when we're born.
That central part where the parts of our skull came together and formed after birth.
To connect to the sensations of the crown chakra,
Imagine that you're looking up into the top of your head.
You're actually raising your eyes and pushing through past your forehead,
Going further back into the space right in the middle of your head and pushing up and out.
And in that space,
You're seeing a ball of violet energy,
Violet light.
See if you can connect to that sensation of pushing,
As if your eyes are pushing something up through your head,
Pushing through the skull at the top of your head and pushing out as if the crown can open,
Like your heart center opens.
Keep repeating,
Pushing up and through.
Really get to feel that sensation inside of your head.
And where it breaks through the top of your head,
Where you get that feeling of opening,
That's where your crown chakra is.
You might feel tingling sensations across your scalp.
You might feel a little bit of pressure.
You can almost feel the energy that you're pushing up through with your eyes traveling down your hair follicles.
Breathe in nice and deep and send your breath up to your crown chakra.
You're good,
You're active,
You're strong and powerful.
You're open to receive all that is good in the world.
You're open to connect all forms of high,
Pure vibrational light.
Thinking all the good things,
All the good wellbeing thoughts,
Sending them to your crown chakra with your breath.
Ooh,
You're looking so good today.
So bright and open.
Feel it.
And so it is.
And so it is.
All of my chakras are healthy and happy.
They're all open and aligned and activated and ready to take on the world.
And so it is.
