Whichever you prefer.
Feel your body today and see which one you want to do.
Starting your day on the right foot,
Taking this time to just plan out and visualize.
Mentally preparing yourself for how your day is going to be.
Take a big deep breath for me first of all.
Always using your breath just to clear your space,
Clear the energy inside of your body.
Reset your mind and your brain to focus on the now in the moment.
Use your breath to bring you back to a place of complete focus.
So breathing in and breathing out is the act of changing the energy inside of your body.
Using the intention of your breath to create a space inside of your body.
Putting the intention on your breath being cleansing.
So imagine now that you're breathing in but you're also breathing in and cleansing your inner space.
Your breath just by breathing in is starting to create some magic inside of your body.
It's cleansing your inner space,
Clearing out your mind,
Like wiping a whiteboard clean,
Ready to write down everything that you want your day to be like on that clean whiteboard.
And then setting an intention on your out-breath,
On your exhale,
That your exhale is taking out all of the old.
It's taking out anything that doesn't serve you,
Any thoughts,
Any feelings,
Any emotions that your mind have woke up with today.
Imagine your exhale is releasing all of that.
Your inhale is bringing in the clean,
The clear,
The new space.
And your exhale,
You're breathing out all of the old.
Last hour,
Last week,
The last year.
Imagine you can do that with the intention of releasing just by breathing out.
And now that you feel like you have this clean space,
A new slate,
A new start inside of your body,
Let's use the intention of your breath to bring in some comfort.
We all need comfort.
We all need reassurance.
We all need that feeling of falling into a warm hug or something really,
Really comfortable.
That's what your breath is going to do for you now.
To prepare you for your day so that you're comforted and that part of you is fed.
So that you feel supported.
You feel like something's got your back.
And you could face the world and do absolutely anything that you desire.
And you can do it well.
So take a big deep breath in now for me.
Breathing in that supportive,
Comfortable,
Warm sensation into your body.
Breathe in that loving,
I've got your back.
I'm always there for you.
I'm with you all the time kind of feeling.
We don't need that from anyone else.
We can create that inside of ourself.
Breathing in.
Breathe in and feel as if something,
Your soul,
Your mind,
Your heart,
Some part of you is giving you the biggest hug.
And when you breathe out,
You're breathing out that part of you that feels like you crave things that don't support you.
Maybe it's sugar.
Maybe it's TV.
Maybe it's some kind of substance.
Anything that we feel like we falsely get comfort from.
Imagine you're breathing that part of you out.
You're breathing it out and you're breathing in this real authentic comfort and support.
Nice big deep breaths all the way down to the base of you.
All the way down to the root,
To the base of your spine,
To the bottom of your tummy.
Nice long slow deep breaths so that your body feels completely supported.
And now a new intention on your breath.
Using the magic of that thing that we have with us all the time.
A breath never leaves.
Not while we need it.
Taking a breath now.
Setting an intention on this breath that this is your coping breath.
You're breathing in this awesome coping mechanism.
You're breathing in strength,
Courage.
You're breathing in all the things that you need that's gonna help you cope throughout your day today.
I can cope with all that comes my way.
And visualize you coping in all different situations today in your mind.
Taking in that deep deep breath.
Bringing that energy into your body as if you're feeding yourself with this ability.
You can cope.
You do cope well in all situations.
And when you breathe out,
Imagine you're breathing out any doubts that you have.
You're literally breathing them out of your body.
Breathe out any irritability,
Any tightness,
Any tension.
Imagine you're breathing all of that out.
And on the inhale you're taking in this awesome,
Powerful,
Strong,
Reassuring coping mechanism.
You're owning it.
Every breath that you bring into your body.
Feel it.
Allow your spine to get strong.
Allow your shoulders to lay back.
Open your heart.
Lift yourself as if you're expanding with this new power and this new energy inside of you.
Breathe with the intention of having a day where you can cope with anything.
Breathe out with the intention of thinking that you would be overwhelmed or irritated or bothered by anything.
Breathe out any doubt.
Just breathe it out and let it go.
Feeling calm.
Feeling confident.
Feeling like you can trust in yourself.
Now use your intention and your breath to breathe in a feeling of being completely safe.
You have a roof over your head.
You have love in your life.
You have a body and a breath.
Let yourself feel safe.
Let yourself fall into a place where you can feel safe.
Let your body relax into it.
Use your breath to flow through your body as if it's feeding every cell inside of you.
This safety feeling.
A feeling of complete safety.
And as you breathe out,
Breathe out anything that resembles feeling uneasy.
Let go of the feeling of anything that feels uneasy inside of your body or your thoughts.
Breathe it out.
Just wash it out of your body.
Wash it away from your mind.
Breathing in the feeling of complete safety.
All is well.
All is good.
I feel comforted.
I feel supported.
I feel held.
I am strong.
I am safe and I trust myself.
Breathing out everything that doesn't serve you.
Starting your day in the right direction.
Feeling empowered and ready for whatever comes your way.
Just keep breathing for as long as you need to and use the power of your breath to feed every cell you create your reality.
