Close down your eyes.

Slow down your breathing.

Let's come to a place where we can just center our body,

Our thoughts.

Slowing down your breath is going to allow you to start to settle in and relax a little bit.

Changing the vibration,

The energy of where we just were to where we are now.

Still,

Quiet,

Nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath.

Take your breath all the way down to your feet.

Let's just check in with the rest of our body.

How do your feet feel?

Take a breath into your feet as if the breath is going to bring a sense of relaxation to that part of your body.

Breathe all the way down into your toes.

Just feel where they're at.

See if you can mindfully relax your feet.

Let them get heavy.

And then move up slowly through your body,

Feeling your ankles,

Your lower legs.

As if you're just slowly touching base with the sensations of each part.

Move up to your knees.

Feel how your knees feel in your position that you're at.

Your thighs.

Breathe down into the base of your spine.

Let your breath circulate around your hip bones.

Just feel that space.

And then allow your breath to slowly,

Just like a piano from the base of your spine,

Start to move up slowly each vertebra.

Just check in.

Touch on to each one as you move up the lower back.

Up into the middle of your back.

Slowly moving up into the top,

Across your shoulders,

Into the nape of your neck.

And then settle at the crown,

At the top of your head.

Move your attention to your scalp.

Very,

Very intently,

Just feel into the space of your scalp.

See if you can feel your hair.

And if you don't have any hair,

See if you can feel the space around.

That really,

Really close space connected to the top of your scalp.

Start to breathe up into the top of your head.

So as you're breathing through your nose,

Send the breath up to the top of your head.

First to the center of your head.

So feel as the breath touches the top of your head and circulates around the middle part right there.

Each breath,

Precisely moving up to the top of your head.

And on your next inhale,

As you exhale,

Push your attention and your breath up to the left side of your head.

Just feel it there for the next couple of breaths.

Inhale,

Big,

Nice,

Deep breath.

And then as you breathe out,

Feel as if you're pushing the breath up over to the right side of your head.

On your next inhale,

And then nice,

Big,

Deep one.

When you exhale,

Push your breath to the back of your head and the nape of your neck.

As if you're clearing out all of the spaces in the scalp,

The skull,

The brain.

You're sending your breath into all the different parts of inside of your head.

On this next inhale,

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath all throughout your body.

And then when you breathe out,

Push the breath into your forehead.

Feel it circulating around your third eye.

For the next couple of breaths,

Just push that warmth,

That breath into your forehead as if you're wiping it clean.

Just cleaning all of these areas in your mind,

Your third eye,

Your crown chakra.

We're polishing the brain and these energy centers from the inside with our breath.

Next big inhale,

Breathe in nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath.

And on the slow exhale through your nose,

Push that breath energetically into your throat for a few breaths.

Feel it moving around the front of your throat,

The back of your throat.

Feel that slight expansion,

Opening right there where your throat chakra is.

It's like,

Imagine when you breathe out on the window or the mirror and then you can wipe it clean.

It's what you're doing with each one of those chakras.

As you take the next big inhale,

Breathe down into the center of your chest.

And even though you're breathing out through your nose,

Seeing your mind,

That breath moving down,

Opening up your heart chakra in the center of your chest.

Do that for the next couple of breaths.

Nice,

Slow exhale.

Make it mindful and purposeful.

And feel that opening in the center,

That warmth in the center of your chest.

Pull your breath down even further this next time.

Nice,

Big,

Deep inhale.

And as you exhale through your nose,

Intentionally breathe down into the upper abdomen where your solar plexus is,

Above your belly button.

And as you exhale,

Feel that expansion,

Allow your tummy to completely relax.

Cleaning the fog off your solar plexus,

Just squeaky cleaning it,

Brightening things up,

Activating.

For the next couple of breaths,

Do that.

And this next inhale,

Take it lower into the abdomen below your belly button,

Down into your sacral.

Breathing in a nice,

Big,

Deep breath,

And then exhale through your nose.

Send that heat,

Send that breath down into your lower tummy.

Let it expand.

Let it get warm.

Open.

And do that over and over for the next few breaths.

Start to feel down into the base of your spine,

Right down there at the base of your sit bones.

Take this next big inhale in all the way down to the base of your spine.

Feel it right there.

And as you breathe out,

Send it,

Send that heat.

Breathe down,

All the way down.

And imagine that you're fogging up the window of your root chakra,

And you're just wiping it clean.

With the next couple of breaths,

Illuminating it,

Making it alive and awake.

Down here at the base of your spine,

Now that you've woken up your root chakra,

Let's think about anything,

First thing that comes to mind,

In your current reality,

That makes you feel unsafe,

Unsettled.

Think about that for me.

Don't think too hard.

Don't put too much thought into it.

Just allow it.

It'll come.

Just allow it to come to the forefront of your mind,

A situation or a person or a thing that makes you feel unsettled,

Out of place,

Not good,

Not completely grounded.

And then we're going to do a little bit of visionary work,

Imagination.

You don't have to see it,

You can sense it.

Imagine that you're reaching into the root chakra,

And next to you on the right is a trash can.

It's a beautiful trash can,

It's going to be very important for this process.

Imagine that you're just,

Your hand is reaching into the root chakra,

And you're pulling out any dark taffy,

Any darkness that metaphorically symbolizes this thing,

This irritation,

This uncomfortableness.

It stops you from feeling completely grounded and safe.

Grab a hold of it,

As if it's like a piece of trash.

Very simplistically,

Just grab a hold of it and throw it in the trash can.

Yep,

Like just discard it,

Like you don't need it.

If there's any more than one thing that comes into your mind,

Just imagine that you're going through the motions of pulling them out like pieces of trash.

Yes,

We don't need that,

We don't need this,

That seems irrelevant.

Why am I doing that?

We don't need that.

Just kind of throw them in the trash can.

And then,

Take a nice big deep breath and move slightly up into your lower abdomen where your sacral chakra is,

The root of all pleasure creation.

Feel into your lower abdomen and imagine that you can see inside of your own body and you're like,

Yeah,

What stops me from happiness in this part of my life?

What stops me from feeling pleasure in all things,

From seeing the ability to see happiness in different situations?

What is it that I'm carrying around that I don't need to,

That stops me from having that attitude?

Imagine that it's a thought from your childhood or an event that's been giving you the weight of not being able to just feel simple pleasure in life.

Imagine you're reaching in there and you're grabbing a hold of it and you're throwing it in the trash,

Like a dark lump of coal or taffy or something that you don't need,

Like a tar-like substance.

Just pull it out of there,

Get rid of it and throw it in the trash.

You're not putting too much mental or emotional weight on this exercise.

You're just doing it as an exploration of what comes to mind,

Quickest things that come to your mind that show themselves in your vision or in your mental thoughts.

Move up higher above your belly button,

Take a nice big deep breath,

Connect once again to your solar plexus,

That space in your body.

What here is the darkness or the heaviness that you've been carrying that you don't need to,

That stops you from feeling confident,

Driven,

Motivated,

That stops you from feeling good about yourself,

Your self-esteem,

Your self-worth?

What is it here in this part of your memories that you're carrying around with you that you could just throw in the trash?

Let them bubble up,

Scenes,

Maybe somebody said something and it's stuck with you.

Just let it go,

Pull it out like trash and just let it go,

Throw it in the trash can.

Let's take a big deep breath into your heart center,

That beautiful space inside of your body.

What makes you heavy with grief or sadness?

What are you carrying by choice?

Remember,

Everything is choice.

What is in that backpack of yours that you're carrying around that lays this weight of heaviness on you?

Let it be shown in your mind's eye and reach in and just grab a hold of it and throw it in the trash.

It's been,

It's gone,

It's done.

Take a breath into your throat center,

Nice big deep breath,

Please.

Feel that space of communication,

Your truth.

What's stopping you from being your authentic self,

Being able to communicate your truth?

What lays heavy in your backpack of the past that you're still choosing to carry,

That maybe if you just throw it in the trash right now you'd feel more open,

Easier communication?

Pull it out,

Just pull it out,

Rip it out as if it's just a piece of garbage,

Throw it in the trash and let it go.

Simple,

Simple,

Simple exercise.

Move up into your third eye.

What's creating an illusion that you can't be happy here?

No more,

No more illusions that you can't be happy.

Who says you can't be happy?

What rules or shoulds are,

What is it in there that says that you have to be this certain way and you can't be happy?

Let's pull out the illusions,

Let the little memories come of whatever it is that's attached to that and then pull them out and throw it in the trash.

Take a nice big deep breath up into your crown,

Your beautiful crown,

Your king,

Your queen,

Your place of connection to all things,

All energies,

All consciousness,

All beings.

What do you have here that stops you from your true happiness?

What's the memories that make you feel like you can't belong,

You can't connect,

You can't have a sense of oneness and wholeness?

What stops you?

Let those thoughts,

Those feelings,

Those memories come to the surface by choice,

Knowing that you can just reach in,

Grab a hold of the trash and throw it in the bin,

Choosing to no longer carry old beliefs,

Anything that doesn't serve you.

Take a nice big deep breath and just feel the overall state of your body,

See if you can breathe in and feel the space that you've created,

The lightness that you could feel in your shoulders,

The open space that you can feel in your throat,

Feel the expansion of your chest,

The lightness of your tummy,

The sturdiness of your root,

Feel it all in your body,

Like you've just let go of a heavy backpack,

Threw it all in the trash.

Moving forward with your coulds,

You could,

Your choice.

Moving forward with the constant reminder about you can choose how you see things,

You are the boss of your perspectives.

Moving forward with allowing emotions to process through you,

Knowing that they serve a purpose.

Moving forward,

Allowing each day a special designated time to gift your nervous system with something that makes you feel calm,

Grounded,

Peaceful.

Watch how you talk to yourself,

Your inner relationship with yourself,

Be kind,

Correct yourself when you're not.

Know that you can have acceptance versus suffering,

Know that along with acceptance you choose to take action.

It's not about acceptance to sit in the suffering,

It's acceptance of knowing that life needs to be shifted so that you can feel happy.

Remember that this meaning in all things,

A meaning to everything that is happening from moment to moment and when you remember that meaning and you take a hold of the wisdom and knowledge that can be gained from that meaning,

You have purpose and within this purpose you're feeding your nervous system the opportunity to relax.

You're on your purpose.

Be in the present moment,

Let go of your past,

Let go of the future,

It isn't even here.

And then finally allow a feeling of admiration and gratitude versus comparison.

All of these things reminding you that you are happy,

Happiness is all around you and within you and you're the one in charge of making it happen.

Namaste my friends.
