My name is Corrie.

Let's meditate together.

Lay down on your bed.

Make sure that everything feels good.

The lighting is not too bright.

And you're warm and comfortable so that your body will naturally relax easier.

Close your eyes and start to become aware of all of the different sensations inside.

Notice your breathing.

The rise and fall of your chest.

The movement of your abdomen.

Notice what your back body feels like.

The part of you that's touching the surface of the bed.

The back of your legs.

The back of your head.

See if you can pull your shoulders down away from your ears.

Give them more space.

Soften your jaw.

And start to pinpoint your focus of attention onto your breathing.

Going into all the tiny little subtle sensations and feelings around your breath.

Feel how your ribs move and lift.

Feel how your shoulders drop and relax.

The tiniest of movements.

Feel the sensation and the temperature of the air when you breathe in through your nose or your mouth.

Does it feel different when you breathe out?

Pull your breath purposely into your face.

So when you breathe,

Breathe in as if you're breathing into your face,

Your forehead,

Your cheeks.

Notice that sensation.

On this next breath,

Breathe in all the way to the back and the top of your head.

Seeing your mind,

Your breath traveling to those places.

Visualizing as well as feeling the sensations.

Imagine you're breathing to the left side of your head and filling that part of your brain.

Breathe into the right side of your brain,

The right side of your head.

Quickly notice that your breath can be directed and channeled to different parts of your body.

Take your breath now down into your heart space.

Breathe down into your physical heart.

Feel it on the left side of your chest.

Imagine it swirling around and inside of your physical heart.

Keep your focus strong.

See the direction of your breath in your mind.

Now take your breath into the center of your chest,

Into your heart chakra.

Visualize your breath entering into a space that opens up more and more every time you breathe into that space.

As you breathe in,

The center of your chest expands.

As you breathe out,

You feel the sweet release.

Breathe in and expand.

Breathe out and feel the relaxation.

Know that as you're opening your heart center,

You're bringing your chakras and your energy into a state of harmony.

You'll feel balanced.

You can literally feel the balance happening in your body.

Balance feels like a sense of ease.

It feels comfortable.

It feels peaceful.

Imagine your chest expanding wider,

The expansion going down into your abdomen,

Up into your throat.

Let the peace start to run down into your arms,

Down through your elbows.

Feel it and see it moving all the way to the tips of your fingers.

Peace.

See if you can exhale and surrender into the feeling.

Set an intention on your exhale to let go.

Soften.

Soften.

Surrender.

Take your breath now intentionally lower down.

See it traveling down into your abdomen,

Down into your lower abdomen.

Soften your stomach.

Let the peace enter into this part of you.

Breathe out any resistance or tension.

Soften the muscles.

Feel it starting to relax your lower back.

You relax your abdomen and all the tension in your back will start to dissolve as well.

Your hips release and soften.

That subconscious,

Tight feeling where everything gets locked up and spasms.

Just let go.

Watch your breath swirl around your hips and your lower back.

Sending the intention of relaxation into the cells,

The bones,

The muscles.

Keep feeling your breath.

Focus in on the sensations.

Every subtle,

Tiny sensation that you wouldn't normally notice without this stillness.

The only thing that you're consciously doing is breathing in and breathing out.

Yet,

There's miracles happening all over inside of you.

Use your mind and send your breath down into your thighs.

When you see the muscles inside of your legs,

Imagine that you're staring out at a lake that looks choppy and busy.

The waters moving and splashing,

Churning and moving.

Then you breathe a big,

Deep breath in,

Pulling in all of the chaos just for a second,

Taking control of it.

And when you breathe out,

You direct the chaos up and away,

Leaving the calmest,

Stillest bed of water there in front of you,

So silent and still.

Know that this is what you can do with your breath,

With the waves,

The tides and the chaos inside.

You can take it,

Sweep it up,

Gather it in,

And then take it and blow it.

Exhale it completely away from you.

All with your breath.

Feel the space around and inside of your feet,

The covers and what they feel like as they touch your skin,

The sensations.

Notice the energy inside of your feet,

Vibration,

Tingling,

Maybe pulsating.

Take your breath all the way down into your feet and help them to relax.

Open and feel your whole body sink deeper into your bed,

Deeper into itself,

So still and comfortable and quiet.

Surrender into fully relaxing,

Fully let go and let yourself drift off to sleep.

Namaste.
