Shame is such a big part of our culture and social conditioning. Being stuck in a shame and guilt loop is holding us back from experiencing life fully and also showing up as our most aligned, abundantly successful selves. Making peace with the shadow parts of us that we have been conditioned to shame helps us to break free from the vicious cycle of never being enough and step into a more aligned and fulfilling life and business. Are you ready to let go and embrace all of yourself?

Welcome to today's guided process,

Where we explore and foster more fertile ground,

Love and acceptance,

Towards our whole being,

Especially our physical one.

We are beings of duality,

Yet we often only allow some parts of us to come through,

And be visible,

While we shame other parts within us by hiding them.

Shame is such a big part of our culture,

Especially related to our physical bodies,

And the sense of value we feel we are contributing to society.

This holds us small and invisible.

As long as we shame ourselves,

Or feel betrayed by our bodies,

We will keep ourselves out of alignment of who we truly are.

This influences our physical well-being and the impact and abundance we are able to create.

There are these parts of me I often feel I am not allowed to share,

Because of their perception,

Like I am not a conventional mom,

I don't like playing with my boys,

And I really enjoy my work.

Especially as I am in the nurturing and caring industry,

I am expected in a way to be this super attentive and caring mom.

So often I feel like I can't share that motherhood is deeply draining for me at times.

So in the past I have often tried to push myself into becoming a more attentive mom.

I went into fixing mode,

Only to end up depleting my soul-self.

This impacted not only my well-being,

But also how I showed up in my business and life.

Making peace with this part of me,

And looking at it from a distance,

And seeing the duality and wholeness within this,

I can see clearly now that my boys chose me to be their mom.

We are here to grow and learn from one another,

And they know they are cherished without me doing all the so-called perfect mom stuff.

We can be deeply caring and loving when we give from our overflow,

And we can achieve this by prioritizing things that nourish us.

In my case,

I am a much more present mom when I allow myself to enjoy my work fully and do the things that fill my own cup.

Wholeness comes from us being all of us,

Even the parts we are often conditioned to hide and fix.

And it's owning our duality that makes us whole again,

Allowing all parts of us to be as whole again.

Allowing all parts of us is what aligns us with our most powerful,

Deeply loving and caring selves.

The more we love ourselves,

The more we can love others.

This creates a fulfilling,

Fertile ground where we can show up in our lives and businesses more fully as ourselves and create an impact in alignment with who we truly are.

As we no longer try to fit in and be someone we are not.

All of who you are is needed.

It's your time to claim and own it.

Let's dive into today's inner exploration.

As we start out,

I invite you to take a nice deep breath and just become aware for a moment of what is present for you.

We often rush from one thing to the next,

Never really allowing ourselves to notice what is present for us and to arrive in the moment.

Giving ourselves the gift of this small pause helps our physical being to catch up and makes everything we are doing so much more potent and efficient.

Take another nice deep breath in and make your exhale a little longer than your inhale.

Repeat this for a few breaths.

Have a soft and diffused vision so you can turn within more easily.

Start to fully notice what is present for you.

Just observe.

There is no right or wrong.

We are just becoming aware of what is.

If this is hard for you,

I invite you to just focus on the sensations you're noticing around the areas of your body where it meets the surface you sit or lie on.

And just observe this for a few more breaths.

Bring a part of you to mind around which you feel shame or betrayal.

This can be anything,

No matter how big or small it seems to you.

Take your time and if moving forward you feel like you need a little more time to sit and process,

Just hit the pause button and continue the audio when you are ready.

What is the color and shape and size of this part?

How are you feeling standing in front of this part?

Just notice and observe.

Again,

There is no right or wrong.

You are just building awareness and connecting with this part of you that has most likely been hidden in the shadows for a long time.

Now speak directly to this part of you for a moment.

Say to this part,

I see you.

Notice what takes place as you speak directly to this part and acknowledge its existence.

If you can,

Say to this part,

I love you.

If this feels too big of a stretch at this moment,

Repeat I see you again.

Ask this part,

What do you need?

Maybe ask this part,

What can I help you with?

Now ask it to tell you a little bit more.

I will put these questions into the show notes so you can revisit them over time too.

Sometimes we get answers to all of those questions and sometimes the answers we are looking for come to us a little later when we are ready for them,

Like in a day or two.

Whatever it is for you,

It is perfectly fine.

Take another nice deep breath and as you exhale,

I invite you to thank this part you connected with today for being on your life's journey.

Once you are ready,

Start to notice the room around you and you within more fully again.

Starting to work with our shadow parts in this loving and inquisitive way helps us to embody them more and more and align to our most authentic soul self over time with more ease.

Be gentle with yourself over the next few days as you integrate this experience within yourself.

Notice and observe what else might come up for you if you can.

I invite you to go for walks in nature to support yourself,

Connecting more fully to your whole being.

And notice what dynamics are starting to change in your life and business as you are more and more aligning with all of you.

You can always revisit this episode.

Notice what is shifting and changing over time within different parts of you that might have been kept in the shadows by social conditioning.
