So often when we are in a place of discomfort, we seek to avoid that at all costs. We dive into practices that shift or propel us out of where we are. The reality is that if we can meet this place with softness and allow what is, we naturally move through it with ease and processing.

Hi,

And welcome to your safe space to allow what is.

Arriving in this space fully,

Making any little adjustments you need to fully be able to sink in and be here,

And just taking a moment to check in with yourself before we begin this practice.

And to not only notice what is arising for you,

But to start to become aware of how you feel about what is arising for you.

When we open up these meditation apps and we find the practices to serve us,

So often we are looking to escape what is.

We're looking to raise our vibration,

Clear energy,

Move through,

Push forward,

And there are many times when that really serves us.

And then there are other times when actually there's the invitation to just allow what is,

To let it be fully seen without trying to change it,

Mold it into something different,

Fix it.

For however you have arrived here today is perfect and however you feel in this moment is welcome.

And no matter what vibrational frequency is attached to you today,

You are still here in your wholeness.

And what I've come to realize is that as I move forward and I manifest a reality and I invite things into my world,

There's such a huge narrative of being in this high vibration to do so,

Of removing the negativity.

And really all I see of this is another act of avoidance.

And actually whatever I'm calling into my world,

I want to be doing so from this place of wholeness,

From this place where all parts of me are welcome,

Where I'm not afraid of what arises because I know I can hold myself in it.

So as you let those words land,

I invite you again to check in with yourself,

Notice what is arising for you here in this moment,

And then notice how you feel about what is arising in this moment.

And if it feels okay for you,

Perhaps see if you can invite whatever is here in a little bit more.

Maybe it's some frustration,

Resentment,

Maybe it's a heavy feeling,

Maybe it's sadness,

Anger,

Or maybe what you're feeling in this moment is joy,

Happiness and peace.

Sometimes it can be as hard to sit with the lighter sides of ourselves as it is to sit with the shadows.

Whatever it is,

Can you just create a little bit more space for it?

Can you allow yourself just to soften and just let it be?

See if any part of you is arising,

Trying to push through,

Push it away,

Maybe coming to place a hand on your heart and just saying to whatever it is that is here,

You're safe to be here.

I see you.

I am listening.

Take as much space as you need.

And with every exhale,

Feeling yourself softening even deeper into the space of receiving whatever it is that is arising for you in this moment.

Being mindful of when the thoughts enter,

Start to charge us in a certain direction.

That's very different from just allowing ourselves to be with a sensation.

We can kindly bring ourselves back from these thoughts that are maybe destructive or unhelpful,

While still being in this place of compassion for what is arising and what we are receiving.

And so when those thoughts do feel busy,

Do feel very active,

Just coming back into the body and noticing the sensation that's arising behind those.

Every exhale,

Softening deeper,

Surrendering into what is and creating this space that a part of you is asking for.

There is a part of you asking to be witnessed in this moment,

Asking to be seen and to be held.

And we're safe to give it that space.

You may have heard that what resists is what persists.

So just creating this moment just to let it in is really the way to let it through.

Without any pressure or any force,

Knowing it's safe to be here.

We're okay to be where we are right now.

And just drawing in a slightly deeper inhale on your next breath.

And then an open the mouth,

Sigh it out.

Taking two more breaths like this,

Deep inhale in,

Open the breath,

Sigh it out.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Letting yourself be in this space for as long as you need to be.

There's no rush.

You are safe to be in whatever energy you are in right now.

And to return to this practice as often as you need to.

Thank you so much for being here with me today.
