This helps me to see how busy my thoughts are. The guided counting slows down the barrage of ideas running through my head. Eventually, I begin to experience each breath going in and out of my lungs with a sense of calmness. Thank you for this simple but pwerful method of counting the breath.

Thank you so much. I recently went through a traumatic life change and was looking for some sort of routine to help heal my mind, body, and soul. To be come a better mother for my children and being present is my optimal goal in life. These morning steps help me keep on track and take care of my mind body and spirit so that I may achieve this goal.
