Find a comfortable seat and posture and close your eyes.

Let's take a minute to settle in and arrive in the present moment.

Take a few slow deep breaths into your belly.

Observe the air going in and out of your lungs.

Just let it flow.

Let your mind come to rest on the sensation of breathing.

Breathing.

Now move your attention to the sensation of sitting.

Feel your legs or sit bones on the cushion or chair you're sitting on.

Feel the surface beneath your body,

Your body touching the surface.

Feel your hands in your lap or touching your thighs.

Arrive fully in your body and stay there a little while,

Just feeling your body in the present moment.

If you notice your mind wandering,

Just bring it back to your body and your breath.

Notice what's alive in yourself right now.

What emotions do you feel in your body?

What thoughts are in your mind?

Let any emotion that is there be there.

Let any thought that is coming up come up.

Just notice,

Become aware,

Be the observer of your inner world.

Let any emotion that is there be there.

Let any emotion that is coming up.

Let any emotion that is coming up.

Let any emotion that is coming up.

Now come back to your breath.

Feel how it is moving in and out of your body.

See if you can sense all the details,

The full landscape of your breath.

Let any emotion that is there be there.

Let any emotion that is coming up.

Let any emotion that is coming up.

Let any emotion that is coming up.

Now move your attention to your chest area.

Notice the breath in your heart.

You might sense that your chest becomes wider,

That your heart space opens up.

Notice the feeling of an open heart,

Sensing how vast it is.

Notice the feeling of an open heart,

Sensing how vast it is.

Notice the feeling of an open heart,

Sensing how vast it is.

Notice the feeling of an open heart,

Sensing how vast it is.

Notice the feeling of an open heart,

Sensing how vast it is.

And now soften the breath as you tune into gratitude.

The feeling of gratitude and appreciation for a person,

A situation,

For the sun,

For anything that comes to mind.

Notice where the feeling of gratitude sits in your body,

Sensing it,

Softening into it.

Notice the feeling of gratitude and appreciation for a person,

A situation,

For a person,

A situation,

For a person,

A situation.

You can also feel gratitude for something that hasn't happened yet,

Something you want to manifest.

You can also feel the feeling of gratitude for something that hasn't happened yet,

Something you want to manifest.

You can also feel the feeling of gratitude for something you want to manifest.

Now move your attention to the feeling of gratitude for life as a whole.

What does it feel like to be in love with life?

Where does this feeling sit in your body?

You might sense that your chest area opens up even wider.

You might feel that your chest area opens up even wider.

Come back to your body,

Back to your breath.

As you're about to start your day,

Take one more deep breath in.

And whenever you're ready,

You can come back and open your eyes.
