Hello everyone,

And welcome to this breathwork experience.

My name is Ben Holtz,

And in today's breathwork flow,

We're gonna be doing beginner dynamic plus deep healing breathwork.

Beginner dynamic breathwork consists of two rounds of dynamic,

And then deep healing breathwork is a very relaxing breathwork practice that's going to regulate the nervous system and drop you back into rest and digest.

We're pairing these two breathwork flows together in order to create an optimal morning breathwork experience.

You can do this breathwork practice anytime throughout the day as well.

So it is completely up to you when you do it,

And it is to be enjoyed at all times.

All right,

We're gonna jump straight into it,

And I look forward to you experiencing this beautiful breathwork practice with me today.

Peace.

Hello everyone,

And welcome to dynamic breathwork.

This breathwork flow today is brought to you by Awaken the Breath.

In today's dynamic breathwork flow,

We are going to be doing two rounds of dynamic breathwork.

So this will be a shortened,

More condensed version of the original dynamic breathwork video.

Such a pleasure to be here to do dynamic breathwork with you all.

This breathwork practice has been instrumental in changing the lives of,

And it's really proven to be the most complete and well-rounded and dynamic breathwork practice that we have discovered here at Awaken the Breath.

So to do dynamic breathwork,

We need to be sitting up straight and tall or lying down.

Whenever we're sitting up,

Our feet need to be flat and our spine very erect.

We need to be sitting in an area where there's safety around us.

There's blankets,

Pillows,

Just in case we need to lay down.

But if you're lying down,

I invite you to use an eye mask as well.

Closing the eyes and just relaxing,

Whether you're on the bed or a yoga mat,

Doesn't really matter,

Just as long as you're comfortable.

Dynamic breathwork is a four-step breathwork practice.

The first step is 40 controlled hyperventilated breaths that sound like this.

We're inhaling as much breath as we can in,

As much oxygen as we can in all the way,

Filling up the lungs all the way,

And relaxing the breath out.

And we're doing that through the mouth.

The next step is a big inhale and then an exhale.

You see,

We take a big inhale in on our last breath and we sigh the breath out.

Right at the end of that sigh,

We're going to hold the breath for about a minute to a minute and a half.

After that,

We're gonna take a big deep breath in through the nose,

Tongue to the roof of the mouth so we can do this inhale with a really powerful force.

Sounds like this.

Filling up the lungs,

The belly,

The chest all the way.

We wanna fill up all the way,

Breathing deep,

Deep,

Deep into the nose.

After that,

We're gonna hold the breath for about another minute.

And after that minute passes,

We're going to alm the breath out together.

Oh,

Just like that.

So the four steps,

40 controlled hyperventilated breaths,

A big inhale,

And then sigh the breath out.

Then we hold the breath after the exhale.

Then we're gonna take a deep,

Deep breath in through the nose.

We're gonna hold the breath for about another minute.

During this last breath hold,

In the middle of the breath hold,

I'm going to instruct you to sip a little more air in and you'll do that through your mouth.

Sounding like this.

This is so we can fill up the lungs even more.

We wanna stretch the lungs and create more lung capacity.

If you're interested in why dynamic breath work is so good for us,

Then I invite you to look up the benefits of Wim Hof breathing and it will share everything that you need to know right there,

Including how much it helps with inflammation,

How much it increases lung capacity,

How it's incredible for defending our bodies against disease and virus,

You name it.

Dynamic breath work is incredible.

So I'm very excited to be practicing it with you today.

And in just a moment,

We're gonna begin.

So go ahead and get nice and comfortable,

Whether you're sitting up or lying down.

Go ahead and pause this video if you need to and go ahead and get in a comfortable position.

Great,

Now that you're in a comfortable position,

Let's go ahead and begin.

We'll start by taking nice deep breaths through the nose,

Sighing them out through the mouth,

Allowing your exhale to be nice and vocal.

Deep breath in,

Beautiful.

And you're gonna follow my lead.

I'll coach you through the entire experience and you'll breathe with my breath.

We'll begin in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Deep breath in.

You're doing awesome.

Keep going.

Full breath in and let it go.

Full breath in and good job.

Almost there,

Just a few more breaths.

You got this.

Three,

Two,

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

We're going to take a deep breath in through the nose in five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Hold the breath,

Soften your belly and then palm the breath out together in five.

Great job,

Everybody.

We'll begin the second and final.

This is your final round.

Give it everything you've got.

Full inhale,

Full inhale.

You're almost there.

Keep going.

Inhale,

Inhale.

Three,

Two,

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

We're going to take a deep breath in through the nose in five,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold the breath,

Fill it up all the way.

Pull your shoulders back.

Soften your belly.

We're going to arm the breath out in five,

Four,

Three.

Beautiful.

Now take just gentle,

Relaxed breaths through the nose,

Filling up the belly and just a bit in the chest and slowly releasing through the nose.

I invite you now to connect and envision a beautiful color that represents healing for you.

It can be any color whatsoever,

As long as that color has a beautiful energy that promotes healing for you as an individual.

Once you have that color,

Allow it to come to life in the room that you're in.

Allow it to become like the beautiful Northern lights and begin to dance around the room.

And with each breath you take,

The color becomes more alive,

More expanded.

And finally,

The color begins to come near you,

This beautiful light,

This beautiful color dancing around you,

Coming closer and touching your skin,

Moving through you in its translucence.

As it touches you,

It moves through you,

You feel this deep healing energy.

You feel more relaxed.

You feel at ease and at peace.

The more the color comes near you and comes through you,

The more relaxed and at ease you feel.

Finally,

Allow this beautiful light,

This beautiful color to come near your body to the point to where as you inhale through your nose,

Colors come into the body,

Filling up the head,

The shoulders,

The chest.

And as you exhale,

The colors expand out,

Coming back out of you,

But expanding around you,

Becoming more and more powerful as you inhale.

The colors go deeper into the belly,

Down the arms,

Into the waist.

And as you exhale,

The colors again,

They expand and become more and more powerful in their ability to heal.

And as you inhale,

Moving down the legs,

All the way down to the tips of the toes and continuing to breathe,

Exhaling the colors out,

Inhaling the colors in.

Allow for this beautiful light,

This beautiful color to wash and cleanse each and every cell in the body,

To heal and relax every fabric and fiber of your being.

Notice how you feel more and more relaxed as you breathe this beautiful color.

If you have some type of physical injury,

Now is the time to focus the color down onto that physical injury area.

Breathe in this beautiful color toward the injury and allow for that injury to become healed with each and every breath.

Visualize the injury healing cell by cell,

Preparing itself as the color radiates around this area,

Becoming more and more powerful,

More and more concentrated with each and every breath.

If you have a physical injury,

Now is the time to say thank you for healing.

Visualize it's healing,

See the light and color around it.

Thank you for healing now.

Feel it in your heart as you breathe in this beautiful color,

This beautiful light,

As it expands and grows in power and healing capability all around you and within you,

Saying thank you for healing.

If you do not have a physical injury,

Just continue to breathe this beautiful light,

This beautiful color through the whole body and feel the body relax and become at ease with each and every breath.

Continue breathing this beautiful color and light through the body.

With every exhale,

It expands out into each corner of the room you're in,

Becoming more and more powerful,

More and more healing.

Continue to breathe,

Continue breathing.

Continue this process of healing the body and healing.

Visualizing the injury healing,

Saying thank you for healing now and focusing the color and light into that area.

As long as you need,

Continue with the breath,

Slowly exhaling,

Slowly exhaling through the color deep into the body.

Thank you for doing deep healing breath work with me today.

I'm wishing you a beautiful rest of your day and I invite you to continue this practice as much as you need by restarting this audio recording or doing it on your own.

Thank you so much.
