Hey everyone!

Let's find a comfy spot to sit or lie down.

Once you've found it,

Wiggle a little to get even more cozy.

And then when you're ready,

Take a big slow breath in through your nose and blow it out gently like you're sending a bubble floating into the air.

We are about to go on a magical adventure where we will use all five of our senses,

Our superpowers,

For exploring the world.

Are you ready?

Let's begin.

Imagine a big shiny bubble floating in front of you.

Inside this bubble is a sound.

Maybe a tiny bell ringing,

The soft rustle of leaves,

Or even a gentle whoosh like the wind.

Reach out with your hand and pop the bubble.

Listen closely.

What sound did your bubble carry?

Now listen to the sounds around you in real life.

Can you hear something nearby?

Something far away?

Maybe even the sound of your own breath.

Take a deep breath in and let it out,

Sending another bubble floating away.

If you haven't already,

Close your eyes and imagine a giant glowing bubble slowly floating toward you.

As it gets closer,

Notice the colors swirling inside.

Pink,

Blue,

Maybe some gold,

Even a little sparkle.

Now open your eyes and look around.

What colors can you see?

Can you find something bright?

Something soft?

Maybe even something the same color as your bubble.

Blink a few times,

Like a butterfly flapping its wings,

And then let your eyes rest again.

Now imagine a tiny bubble landing right on the tip of your nose.

Boop!

Take a deep breath in through your nose and see if you can smell something special inside.

Maybe it smells like fresh flowers,

Warm cookies,

Or salty ocean air.

Take another sniff.

What scents are in the room around you?

Maybe the air smells like your home,

Your clothes,

Or something cooking nearby.

Take one more deep breath in and let it out,

Sending another bubble into the sky.

Now hold out your hands,

Palms up high.

Imagine a big soft bubble resting gently in your hands.

How does it feel?

Smooth?

Or warm and wiggly?

Or even a little bouncy?

Now touch something real around you.

Maybe something soft,

Like your blanket,

If you're in your room.

Or even touching both of your hands together.

What do you notice?

Do they feel soft or rough?

Warm or cool?

Give your fingers a little wiggle and pretend to pop the bubble once again.

Imagine now a very teeny tiny bubble floating right into your mouth.

Pop!

It tastes like something delicious.

What do you imagine?

Maybe sweet strawberries,

A juicy orange,

Or a spoonful of chocolate ice cream.

If you have a little snack or drink nearby,

You might want to take a small bite or sip now.

Hold it in your mouth for a moment and really notice the taste.

Is it sweet?

Salty?

Or sour?

Is it smooth?

Is it crunchy?

Give your mouth a little smile.

It is so good at its job tasting all these delicious things.

You've done it.

You just explored all five of your amazing senses.

Now take one last big slow breath in and blow out gently like sending a giant shimmering bubble into the sky.

When you are ready,

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch your arms up like a floating balloon.

Open your eyes and notice how you feel.

Remember your senses are always with you,

Ready to help you explore,

Slow down,

And enjoy the world.

You can take this bubble adventure anytime you feel to.

Thanks for joining Explore.
