Today's practice is a sitting meditation.

So find a comfortable position.

Set yourself up.

Roll your shoulders down your spine.

Rest your hands on your knees,

Your thighs are alongside your body.

Start by focusing on your breath,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath out.

Focus fully on your breath.

Become aware of what is present for you right now in this moment.

Allow it to bubble up to the surface.

Any upset,

Any sadness,

Any fear.

Notice it coming from all parts of your body,

All areas.

Coming out of the dark depths of your body,

The hidden areas.

Talk a lot about how if emotion isn't processed,

That it stays present in your body.

So start to search for,

Start to look for anything left unprocessed.

Allow it to bubble up coming out of its hiding space,

Coming from the deep,

Dark depths of your body and your soul.

Feel your emotions just start to bubble to surface.

And then imagine that from the sky,

The area around you,

From the heavens,

Whatever kind of resonates for you from the light comes a sphere of white light,

Like a big ball that comes from above you all the way down,

Right at your heart center and comes into your body.

There's this sphere of healing white light that makes its way into your body.

And I want you to imagine all of the emotions that you have been seeking out letting surface,

Letting bubble,

Are attracted to or drawn into this sphere of white light.

Allow yourself to feel what you need to feel or want to feel in this moment.

And all of these emotions processed on undealt with,

Not dealt with for maybe years and years and maybe minutes.

Feel all of these emotions getting sucked into this sphere of white light at your heart center.

Whatever stories may pop up,

Allow them to pop up.

Whatever feelings want to be expressed,

Allow those to express.

And just be here in your body,

Present with your experience.

Imagine this sphere of white light is supporting you in searching out and drawing out areas of tension in the body.

Any injuries,

Any dis-ease,

All caused from unprocessed emotions.

And the practice isn't necessarily to process the emotions,

Though if that is happening,

Okay.

They're really for any areas that you can think of.

Any thoughts,

Images,

Memories,

Being drawn into the white light sphere,

The center of your heart.

Imagine all of your unprocessed emotions,

Some stored traumas,

Some tension,

Possibly injuries,

Any dis-ease in your body,

All sucked up into this white light sphere.

And then imagine,

I think of like,

Like one of those cartoons,

I think it's like Dragon Ball Z or something.

I imagine that and everything's kind of like locked in there.

Imagine it coming out of your chest and back up into the air,

Back up into the sky,

Out of your house,

Out of your vicinity,

Out of your area,

All the way back up,

Up,

Up.

Just notice your body.

Now,

Without these things.

Notice the space in your body.

Maybe you even feel some anxiety.

When one has emotions and believes that others are responsible for those emotions,

That often is living a life of drama.

How we process those emotions really determines like our health or our outcome.

So if for a very long time,

Or even still you believe that other people make you feel a certain way,

Then you are caught in a trap.

The trap is the,

I think,

Very well curated practice of giving away your power to other people,

And then being controlled,

Being controlled by that power.

This means building up resentment.

The resentment becomes tension.

The tension starts to affect your movement in a certain way.

The movement,

Eventually,

The compensation,

The movement eventually causes injury.

And the injury causes dis-ease in your body,

Let alone,

We're not even talking about the nervous system or the pumping of cortisol,

Cortisol,

Cortisoids,

Cortical steroids,

Or adrenaline,

Which also attacks your immune system.

So now that you've packed those all in a beautiful sphere and had them leave your body,

Often there's space.

And if someone is used to being full of emotion and resentment,

Sadness and anger and fear,

And those things are gone,

It can feel empty.

So let's just take a few moments to be with our bodies as they are right now in this present state.

Notice how you feel.

Notice if you feel an emptiness,

Maybe a relief.

If you feel that space,

And if you feel quick to want to fill that space up,

Continue to focus on your breath long,

Slowly press in and out.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath out.

And if your mind is wandered,

Bring it back to your body.

Back to the recognition of new space in your body.

Can you let yourself be more open,

More free,

And more connected to your own intuition?

I cannot tell you how many times in my own life I have ignored my intuition.

How many times I've overlooked red flags.

I've taken a different path based on somebody else's opinion.

Often because my own connection with myself is so blocked and armored with unprocessed emotion,

Unprocessed trauma,

Tension in my body.

This space in this moment.

Since you will not stay empty,

You will immediately as soon as we come out of this probably start unconsciously filling yourself up again.

Because it feels comfortable.

Choose now what to fill the space with.

Like right now I choose love.

And peace.

Two things I really want,

Love and peace.

I'm just going to imagine me covering myself up with a blanket of rose quartz.

Feel my body,

My pores,

My soul being permeated with love,

Forgiveness,

Compassion.

Next,

Imagining this concept or idea of peace.

Of not feeling pressured,

Of not feeling stressed,

But of feeling flow and ease.

Feel yourself full.

Notice how you feel and if there's space to release more or purposefully,

Consciously fill up more.

Come back to your breath.

If your mind has wandered,

Come back to your breath and start to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Stretch your body.

Try to make some movements.

Open your eyes.

Come to seated.

If you aren't there already.

Excuse me.

Make some movements with your body.

And start to shake out your hands.

Maybe even move from side to side where you're seated right now.

Roll your shoulders.

Stretch out your neck.

When you feel ready.

Come on back to this moment.
