Hello,

My name is Coach Josh and I'm so glad you're going to join me on our adventure today.

Today we're going on an adventure to the garden.

I love being in the garden to see all the plants growing.

In the garden you can see many different plants of all colours,

Shapes and sizes.

There are big yellow flowers and tiny green sprouts.

There are fruits and vegetables growing and huge trees.

There are also many animals and insects that play in the garden like caterpillars,

Butterflies and birds.

First,

We are going to water the plants with our watering can.

What colour is your watering can?

The first plant we are going to water is the purple daisy flowers.

Imagine pouring the water from your watering can.

The water drips out all over the purple daisy flowers.

The daisies are very happy that they have some water to drink.

Can you see them smiling in your mind?

The next plant we are going to water is the tomatoes.

We have some little red tomatoes on our tomato plant.

Imagine pouring the water from your watering can all over the red tomatoes and the green leaves.

The tomatoes are very happy that they have some water to drink.

Can you see them smiling in your mind?

The last plant we are going to water is the lettuce plant.

The lettuce is big and green and leafy.

Imagine pouring the water from your watering can.

The water drips out all over the green lettuce.

The lettuce is very happy that they have some water to drink.

Can you see them smiling in your mind?

The lettuce is very happy that they have some water to drink.

In the garden I love to also see the huge trees.

They are so tall and have many branches and leaves.

Let's watch the big trees grow.

Imagine a very tiny seed in your hand.

Now it's time to plant the seed in the ground and cover it with some dirt.

Use your watering can to pour some water over the seed to help it grow.

Now watching in your mind a tiny little green sprout come up out of the dirt.

The little sprout is getting taller and taller and wider and wider.

Now it is a small tree and it's growing some branches out to the sides in all different directions.

Some are short branches and some are long branches.

And now lots of little green leaves are forming on the branches.

The tree is getting bigger and bigger reaching up very high in the sky.

It is so much taller than us now.

It is growing higher and higher.

And it's very windy up that high and all the branches and leaves are moving side to side in the wind.

Some of the leaves fall off the tree and float down very slowly all the way to the ground in front of your feet.

The tree is very special because you grew it from just a tiny seed all by yourself.

In the garden there are also lots of pretty little flowers.

Flowers smell so nice.

Can you imagine all the different colors of the flowers?

There are some pink flowers and some purple flowers and yellow flowers and white flowers.

Imagine picking your favorite pink flower from the ground and bring it up to your nose.

Take a big breath in through your nose to smell the flower.

Now blow out through your mouth to blow the flowers away out of your hand.

The flower can float away in the wind.

Pick a purple flower from the ground this time.

Bring it up to your nose.

Take a big breath in through your nose to smell the flower.

Now blow out through your mouth to blow the flower away out of your hand.

The flower can float away in the wind.

Pick a yellow flower from the ground this time.

Bring it up to your nose.

Take a big breath in through your nose to smell the flower.

Now blow out through your mouth to blow the flower away out of your hand.

The flower can float away in the wind.

And lastly,

Pick one white flower and bring it up to your nose.

Take a big breath in through your nose to smell the flower.

Now blow out through your mouth to blow the flower away out of your hand.

The flower can float away in the wind.

Our adventure in the garden today was so special.

Thank you for joining me.

I look forward to our next adventure again soon.

Thank you for watching.
