Hi,

My name is Ellen Wyoming Deloy.

I hope you enjoy this breathing visualization meditation.

This is a meditation to support releasing stored energy,

Distressed energy,

Challenging energy,

And helping to support and cultivate healing and stabilizing balance into the body.

Have a seat and place two feet flat on the ground.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in.

Exhale slowly through the mouth.

As you tune in to your breath,

Start to notice that you can give the breath permission to breathe your body for you.

Let go of the control of breathing and just notice how the breath begins to breathe your body.

There's no need to force or count or manage the breath.

The breath is simply breathing your body.

As you allow the breath in and out,

Identify a spot in your body that you'd like to get centered in.

It could be the center of your head,

It could be your heart,

It could be your solar plexus,

It could be your root chakra or first chakra at the base of your pelvic bowl,

Or it could be somewhere else that you choose.

Choose a place that feels good to you to sit and center in your body.

Focus your attention into this space as you allow the breath to breathe you.

Notice any feelings or sensations,

Tightness,

Constriction,

Or expansiveness,

And boundlessness wherever it is that your attention is focused.

Allow the breath to fill the space where your attention lies and allow it to sort of seep into the corners,

The crevices,

The cracks,

The walls,

The ether of this space.

And as the breath infuses itself into your surroundings,

It starts to dismantle,

Dislodge,

Dissolve,

And metabolize anything that's stuck in this area that might not be yours,

That might be ready to be released.

Now,

As you sit here,

Call to your attention in this space what happens when you start to experience something unwanted or unpleasant or challenging.

What changes in the space that you're sitting in when energy that doesn't feel good to you enters the space?

Simply notice the changes and observe with open curiosity what's happening.

Invite breath to come in and start to dissolve this energy.

Every time the breath breathes you in this space,

It also works on these challenging,

Difficult energies that come in when something is not feeling as good as it could.

Watch as the breath breaks the energy apart into smaller and smaller pieces so that they become immersed in a stream of breath as you exhale,

Taking the debris of that energy out of you as you exhale.

Allow the breath to breathe into this space again and finish its work,

Clearing out anything that is not yours.

Next,

Travel to a space in your body that you would not have picked the first time around.

It might be somewhere that feels a little bit tight,

Sensitive,

Vulnerable,

Blocked,

Closed off,

Or unyielding.

Don't force it,

But just notice if there's a spot that has some of these characteristics in your body that you can gently place your awareness on without obligation,

Expectation,

Or requirement.

Just see it as it is and allow the breath to breathe to this space gently.

Notice how breath gently,

Softly,

And supportively engages with this part of your body that might be tired,

Strained,

Inflamed,

Or stressed out.

Allow breath to very gently start to heal,

Dissolve,

And separate out any energy that is embedded here that is not yours.

Allow breath to slowly,

Enzymatically break apart any energy here that is impinging the natural flow of your life energy in this part of your physical experience.

Allow breath to gently engage,

Support,

Heal this part of your body for as long as your body allows it.

Your body has permission to engage as much or as little at this time,

But keep gentle awareness here,

Supporting yourself as breath slowly eases around rough edges,

Hurt corners,

Inflamed interiors,

Releasing what's ready to be released.

Take a breath and now focus on breath,

Filling your entire body,

Your full global system,

Your physical body out to your energy body beyond the boundaries of your skin,

Your bioenergetic field,

Or your aura,

And allow breath to breathe your full energy body,

Inclusive of your physical body.

Feel your edges soften as you release and allow breath to carry out and dissolve what is not yours.

Come back into yourself.

Bring focused attention to the center of your head as you blink and open your eyes.

And this time,

Take a deep breath of your own volition.

And then exhale slowly to release.

Notice if you feel more relaxed or if you have created any openness or expansion in different parts of your physical experience or if anything has shifted or changed.

Simply notice what is,

Feel no urge to make it different,

Make it perfect,

Make it better,

And allow it to be exactly what it is and allow yourself to have and receive the full benefit of this breathing visualization.

Thank you and be at peace.
