An eight-minute breathing meditation to reconnect with the breath and become still. This is a perfect break meditation while at work, between meetings, or just on busy days that leave us feeling a little detached or ungrounded. During this meditation, you will practice "perfect breath". Perfect Breath is a 5-second nose inhale and a 5-second nose exhales. We can use this breath for harmonization in the nervous system and subtle body.
