Breathe and centre yourself.

Think of stress as a wave.

It can crash upon you with force,

But you have the power to ride it,

To stay afloat.

Visualise yourself as steady and grounded,

Anchored by your inner strength and resilience.

Every breath you take is an affirmation of your ability to handle whatever comes your way.

To manage stress,

We must first acknowledge it.

It's okay to feel overwhelmed.

It's okay to ask for help.

Share your burdens with those around you.

Remember,

Teamwork is about supporting each other,

Lifting each other up and finding collective solutions.

Lean on your colleagues just as they lean on you.

Consider the importance of perspective.

Often,

Stress narrows our focus,

Making problems seem insurmountable.

Step back and see the bigger picture.

Recognise your accomplishments,

The hurdles you've already overcome and the progress you've made.

To learn and to adapt.

Balance is key.

Dedicate time to work,
