Take a moment now to settle into a comfortable position.
Sit back or lie down if that feels best.
Close your eyes and take a slow deep breath in.
Hold it gently for a moment and then exhale.
Letting go of the tension that you've been carrying.
Again breathe in fully and breathe out.
Releasing whatever doesn't serve you in this moment.
Life often asks more of us than we feel we can give.
But here,
In this space,
You have permission to pause.
You have permission to simply be.
And when you pause,
Even for a few moments,
You can give yourself the chance to reconnect with what matters.
Your sense of balance,
Your inner calm,
And your ability to navigate challenges with a sense of clarity.
So,
As you continue to breathe slowly,
Notice how your body feels.
Allow your shoulders to relax.
Let your jaw soften a little bit.
Feel the weight of your body supported by the chair or the floor beneath you.
Each breath is an anchor,
A reminder that,
In this present moment,
You are safe.
Your thoughts will come and go.
Some may tug at your attention,
Reminding you of tasks,
Worries,
Or uncertainties.
That's natural.
You don't need to push them away.
Simply observe them,
Acknowledge them,
And let them drift by like clouds moving across a vast sky.
And in this sky of your mind,
There is always space.
Space to breathe.
Space to rest.
Space to be.
Now,
Bring your attention to the areas of your life where tension often arises.
Moments when you feel challenged,
Frustrated,
Or uncertain.
Imagine meeting these moments with patience,
Rather than resistance.
Picture yourself responding with a sense of urgency.
Understanding,
Instead of reacting out of stress.
Know that you have the strength to meet life's difficulties with a steady heart and with a clear mind.
As you continue to breathe,

Balance is learning to stand firmly,
