Welcome.

Take a brief moment to arrive exactly as you are.

There is no need to adjust anything.

Simply notice your posture and the support beneath your body.

Feel the contact points.

Feel the steadiness under you.

Let yourself rest into it for a moment.

Bring a gentle awareness to your breath.

You're not trying to deepen it or slow it.

Simply noticing the natural inhale as it comes in and the natural exhale as it leaves.

Let the breath be whatever it is.

Let it be your quiet companion for these few moments.

If the mind is tight or busy,

That is completely okay.

You can always return to these words whenever you need a simple way back.

Let this moment be a small pause in the middle of everything else.

A soft place to land.

Notice now how the body responds to thinking.

Stress often shows up as a tightening or a pushing,

A sense of urgency,

A quickening in the breath or the chest.

None of this is wrong.

It is simply the body responding to the thoughts believed in this moment.

Rest your awareness gently here,

Noticing the sensations without trying to change them.

Allowing everything to be exactly as it is.

Let yourself consider the possibility that what you are feeling is the movement of thought.

Not an external force.

Not a demand from the world.

Just thought passing through.

Temporary.

Fluid.

Not a reflection of your worth or your capability.

Simply energy moving.

And beneath that movement there is calm.

It may feel subtle.

It may feel quiet.

It may feel like nothing at all.

Yet it is always here.

A steady presence beneath the noise.

Let yourself rest for a moment in that deeper steadiness.

Feel the body supported.

Feel the breath moving.

Feel the simplicity of being here.

You can come back to this pause any time.

Not to fix yourself,

But to remember the quiet that has never left.

When you are ready,

Take one gentle breath.

Let the body settle once more and then return to your day with a little more ease.
